The apartment was as described and felt safe and comfortable. Review asks for rating of national park experience with required star. I suppose it should say “overall experience” and rated as such. There was an ice storm our last night making it hazardous to exit. Recommend asking host for ice/snow removal measures in advance of future winter bookings.Nice place and close to What we needed!

Perfect for what we needed. Location is close to stores and restaurants. Had some issues with multiple bugs getting in and you can hear the water running from the house upstairs, but that's expected in these older Philadelphia rowhomes.

Convenient Get Away

The property was clean, comfortable and very convenient to all the places I needed to get to. I stayed for a week and it felt like home (the only issue I had were loud neighbors) The host was apologetic...I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area, and hope the noise issue will be resolved.

This was a comfortable, clean and attractive apartment. Rae was amazing and very responsive. There was some road work being done while I was there which was not anything to be avoided and was not a problem for me at all. I would stay there again!

"Truly" the perfect studio...

I would be able to write volumes on how satisfied and pleased I was with this property, the property manager and the blissful 2 evenings spent here but allow me to just say this : perfect location for my stay; gorgeous decor and furniture within the property; and an extremely kind, efficient, attentive property manager who maintained contact with me comfortably and intuitively. I hope I am able to stay again later in the year sometime.

Wow!

My daughter & I were visiting friends & family. We wanted a place within walking distance. Mr. Morris place was perfect! He always kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. I thought to myself, "I could live here". Everything was simple & well arranged. We will definitely stay here again when come back. Thank you Mr. Morris for a fantastic stay!
