This place is awesome!!!!

One of the best places ive stayed by far. Super clean and tons of room for the family. The pool was amazing and right in the back yard. Really close to broadway at the beach so there is tons to do! We stayed for a golf trip and this place was perfect. We could stay here all week, will definitely be my go to spot!

I had amazing time i came for my birthday me and my best friend we will be back she enjoyed her first visit to sc although i been in sc before just not at this amazing place the host was very nice and stayed in touch threw out our visit thanks for allowing us to stay will be back until next time

Beautiful Property with a Great Location

This condo was spacious and clean, and furnished with everything we needed for a perfect stay! Everything was very comfortable, from the beds to the couch. We loved being able to park right in front of the building, and appreciated the little touches like having k-cups available for the Keurig. The bathrooms were a good size, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the balcony and appreciated how private it felt with the trees blooming. The location was perfect and within 10 minutes of many Myrtle Beach attractions. Evolve made it easy to access the property, and the pre-checkout clean up was very simple and straightforward -- we didn't feel like we were required to perform a full clean of the condo, like with other rental companies. Great property -- we would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé un mois agréable à Myrtle Beach, nous avons assisté au réveil de la nature, l'environnement était agréable, le soleil a été constant, la pluie a manqué pour les terrains de golf. Le condo mériterait un peu d'amour. Le canapé du salonn'offre aucun support on s'y enfonce et il est difficile de se relever. Les lits simples ne sont pas confortables ils mériteraient d'être changés. Certaines pôles à frire mériteraient d'être mise aux rebuts. Les rampes du balcon ne sont pas sécuritaires, les ancrages tiennent dans le vide le poteau qui les soutiennent est pourri.

This is the first time we've heard this about the sofa, the twin mattresses. The safety of our guests is our top priority, and as soon as we were made aware of the loose balcony railing, we had a team out to fully repair the posts and anchors within a few days. We wish you had shared this immediately.
