Great place. Super close to Brock U. Very spacious. Bedding wasn’t as warm as could be but easy enough to rectify. Host was super accommodating and highly recommend.

The house was nice. I little dirty, we had to wash a couple of the bedding sets before use as there was hair and other things on them and clean the counter tops, tables etc, but it wasn't too bad. The owner was very responsive. The biggest thing was the lack of stuff in the kitchen and furniture in the bedrooms. The kitchen barely had enough to cook with. We had to purchase a cookie sheet so we could cook in the oven. There were also not dressers in the bed rooms so we lived out of our suitcases for the entire length of our stay. With some more kitchen essentials and dressers, this would be a very nice place to stay.

The house was very nice. Close to new if I had to guess. The house cleaning was a little lack. Hair on beds and towels. Stove was not cleaned for the last visitor. And the grass had not been mowed in at least a week or more.

The house was nice, updated, and spacious with an open layout on the main floor. It fit our family of 6 perfectly and everyone had a bed to sleep on. We also loved having multiple dining tables to eat on and having enough seating on the couch for all 6 of us at the same time. The games available was a plus for our two younger kids as well. The driving distance to Niagara Falls is great, just a half hour drive. However, it would have been nice to have more towels available (only 6 total in the house), dressers in the bedrooms to store clothing, kitchen equipment like big salad/mixing bowls and baking sheets, and a remote garage opener. The neighborhood is very crowded with people and cars everywhere which is something we were not used to. Akbar responded very quickly to all my questions during our stay.

Hop, Skip, and Jump from the Falls

This property is very new. With a few tweaks, it will be an amazing rental. The property was clean and check in went smoothly. The addition of dressers in the bedrooms, more towels, and a few more kitchen items would make this rental even better.

Awesome place with a lot of room

We loved this place. There was plenty of room. It is new and well supplied. It would have been all 5’s, but right now there is a lot of building going on and the yards aren’t planted yet. Great communication from manager. Would highly recommend this place for short or long stays.

Not enough

The pictures of the inside was exactly what you get. The kitchen had all of the expected utensils and cooking ware. The listing states sleeps 6 but there were only 4 towels. This is our personal preference but there wasn’t enough pillows. One of us needs to sleep on 2 pillows for health reasons and there wasn’t any extra. They had to fold the very slim pillow in half. The lot that the house is on doesn’t have grass so the children couldn’t play outside in the yard. Overall it was a good stay, we just had to be strategic when everyone took showers and needing more than one pillow.

The house itself was beautiful and very clean. We loved staying there and it was very close to everything we needed and we would not hesitate to stay there again if we vacation in the area in the future. The kids had a little air hockey table that was a multi-play with other games as well. It kept them entertained. The TV had Netflix already which also helped keep them occupied. What we noticed first when we walked in was a severe paint smell but that went away after we were in the house for a bit. The house was a new construction and there was no front yard or backyard which isn't an issue because we didn't need to spend time outside however it made getting into the house difficult because the front steps were not level with the ground. Everything was gravel dirt and the area became very muddy when it rained. There was also no back deck which wasn't an issue for us but might be for someone else. The back door had a block so you couldn't open it further than a crack which was a huge safety positive so that the kids couldn't open it and get hurt. The kitchen itself was very nice with an oven and microwave that were easy to use. The sink was large and helped with washing dishes and also had a nice dishwasher. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with utensils but we made do. The bedrooms had large spacious closets and nice beds but there were no dressers to put our clothes into so we lived out of our suitcases. Which wasn't a problem for us but might be for someone else.

The home is new, spacious, beautiful and conveniently located to Brock University, and all Niagara area attractions. The kitchen could use substantial equipping. There’s only one pan provided that can go in the oven, no colander, no dish towels (only dishcloths), no blender, no mixing or large serving bowls, etc. And there were no fitted sheets on any of the beds, only mattress protectors. And there were no extra pillows, blankets or bedding. A throw blanket for the couches would add a lot. There were also used coffee grounds in the coffee maker when we arrived. No big deal, we worked around everything, the home could just use some extra appointments for comfort and convenience.
