Come home to relax in our thoughtfully equipped 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home just a block away from the locally loved Sunset Beach. Enjoy the many waterfront walking/biking trails nearby, must-try eateries and Canada's most talked about wine country.
Property is treated with mosquito repellent.
Available for extended stays (28â90 days). Ideal for relocations, insurance stays, and work assignments.

Main level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower/tub combination, kitchen with walk out to back deck, living room with Smart TV and electric fireplace. Note that you do need your own accounts for Netflix and other apps.
Lower level: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, family room with kids play area, laundry room.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property. There are no other units or shared spaces.

NEOB Lavender Boutique - roam the lavender fields and shop their artisan products
Wine country - Small Talk Vineyard is the closest winery (6km) but there are many more to enjoy including some favourites: Pilliteri, Konzelmann, Ravine, Wayne Gretzky.

Deposit:
A $500 pre-authorized hold will be placed on your credit card a few days before check-out for incidentals. This is not a chargeâjust a temporary holdâand it will be automatically released within a few days after your stay, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Effective Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, the Sunset Beach property (including beach access) will be fully closed to the public as it becomes an active construction site for the $6.9-million Sunset Beach Renovation Project. Project completion is expected in time for the 2026 beach season.
â ïž Note: We firmly work within our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected changes, illness, or travel delays. Please note, refunds on cancelled reservations are subject to a payment processing fee of roughly 3%.
House Rules:
- Unfortunately, we can not accommodate pets or service animals, due to allergies.
- No unauthorized guests allowed.
- Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
- Absolutely no parties or loud music.
- No bon fires or firepits. (City by-law) Outdoor noise but be kept to a reasonable volume in respect of our neighbours.
- Outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am.
