Brand new listing of a newly renovated condo in the heart of Buena Vista Co.
Unit D104 (License Number: STR-079) allows pets and is 2 blocks away from Buena Vista's Whitewater park where visitors can kayak, tube, river board, swim, and fish along the Arkansas River. This condo allows for snowmobile truck and trailer pull-through parking right next to the unit.

This condo is also 2 blocks away from the Main street where visitors will find restaurants and shopping. This property is within a short walk to almost everything Buena Vista has to offer.
For those who are skiers/snowboards; We are 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain and Ski Cooper, 75 minutes to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Ski Resort, and 90 to Vail Ski Resort. Also, Buena Vista is one of the best spots in the state for snowmobiling and snowshoeing.

COVID19 cleaning procedure are in place based on guidance from VRBO, Chaffee County public health and State of Colorado. This home is personally disinfected thoroughly before and after each guest.

Host was extremely helpful, the place is awesome, very clean, has all the essentials, perfectly located to walk downtown and to the river. Patio has an epic view of the mountains. The bedding is very comfortable. We had 5 adults and it slept us all. Would definitely recommend and stay again

The condo was in a great location in BV, the host was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was also very clean, organized, and has a beautiful out the living room windows!

The condo is in a great location and walking distance to downtown and the river. The condo is nice and well appointed. The master bed is very comfortable, we slept really good and I have bad osteo arthritis so bed comfort is very important to me. Plenty of blankets to curl up on the couch watch a movie with the fireplace going. Smart TV had all the apps for watching all our favorite shows. Bathroom shower was amazing with really strong pressure and a second hand held shower head. Linens and towels were nice with no corners cut on quality! Recliner in the living room is super comfy! And the views are amazing! Great place to stay, we will stay again.

Great property!

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this lovely property available the week before our last minute trip. Ann was helpful and kind (like everyone in Buena Vista!) Condo had everything we needed. If you are looking for a fabulous view and super quiet environment, this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for a centrally located place with a very clean, very pretty interior and all amenities for a family of four, though? Perfect!

This was our second time staying at Ann's place and we enjoyed it as much as (or maybe even more than) the first time! It's clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend getaway. We love that it's a short walk to two of the main shopping/dining areas and the beautiful trail system that runs along the river. There's also a great view of the mountains from the main living area and the front porch area. We look forward to more Buena Vista getaways in the future and will always look for Ann's place first!

Buena Vista Condo

Ann's condo is a great space. The condo is exactly as described and is equipped with all the cookware you might need, utensils, spices, etc. We enjoyed Ann's dog-friendly condo so much and hope to stay again in the the future.The location is great, being within a very short walk to the town center of Buena Vista. The property was recently renovated and had all the amenities needed and then some. Great location, near downtown, Arkansas river, skate park, frisbee golf, and other parks. It is a condo on the 1st floor, the owner is not responsible for the individuals on the 2nd floor.

Best location & super clean

We had a great stay at this comfortable and clean condo close to both sides of town and easy walk to the river. Would definitely come back again and I highly recommend this space.

Great stay!

This was the perfect place for our family. We had 4 adults, one toddler and a dog, and there was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen had every utensil or appliance you could need. Second bedroom actually had full-size bunkbeds not just twin. Perfect location close to town and the river. Will absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful place

We loved our time in Bueno Vista for a number of reason, and our Condo played a major role. Ann the owner was extremely welcoming and helpful. The condo is updated and clean.
