Heart of BV - River & Mountain Condo - location, location, location!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable 2BR/1BA ground floor, end-unit condo, with mountain views. Walk to everything!

Centrally-located within 2 blocks of the Arkansas River, the whitewater park, hiking/biking trails, and downtown shopping and dining on Main St. & South Main!

The kitchen is full-sized, fully equipped and well-stocked with a wide variety of cooking ware and utensils, including spices and oil. Coffee and teas are also provided!

The living room has two comfortable reclining sofas (seats 5) with a lift-top coffee table, ideal for relaxing and watching your favorites shows/movies on a 65” TV with a Vizio sound-bar. Roku device includes all streaming apps, most of which are logged into owner’s accounts — YouTube TV (live TV / cable), Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Other apps are available to be logged in under personal accounts.

The king and queen-sized bedrooms have Serta Beauty Rest pillow-top mattresses and blackout curtains, with sound machines provided in each bedroom, to ensure a peaceful night sleep. A pack ‘n play, high chair and bookshelf stocked with fun board games, card games, books, and puzzles are all stored in the king-sized bedroom.

The dining area has a table for 6. There is also a dedicated work space (desk/chair). The bathroom is a full bath, fully stocked with bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer, with iron and ironing board, and extra towels for the hot springs.

The outdoor patio has a small gas grill (propane provided) and table with chairs. Enjoy with breathtaking views of Mt. Princeton (one of twelve 14,000 feet mountains in Chaffee County) with your morning coffee or beverage of choice!

2 cruiser bikes are included (with helmets and bike pump) and are locked on bike rack on side of condo.

Other things to note:
Please note this is a first floor unit, so you may on occasion hear footsteps, if there are any guests in the condo above. Sound machines are provided in each of the bedrooms to help with a peaceful night’s sleep.

Wonderful location, beautiful town had an amazing trip. Just some small cleaning issues might need addressed- stand up fans were running when we got there and they were covered in dust. Bathroom walls and ceiling could use a good wipe down. Small items, overall very spacious and loved the kitchen! Would definitely rent again!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Super clean and cozy. We loved that we could walk to most of the restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Buena Vista is a beautiful town and we can't wait to return! Kelley was an amazing host. She was quick to respond and she also sent us a long, fully detailed list of restaurants, hiking trails, and hot springs in the area! All of her recommendations were incredible!

This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable condo! Situated between the South Main & East Main areas of BV, it is walkable to everything. Clean and well stocked too. I would highly recommend.

Excellent property steps away from Main St

This property is conveniently located steps away from both Main Street and South Main. It is clean, comfortable, and loaded with board games and books. The owner is super helpful and welcoming.

Great Spot in BV!

My partner and I were here for a short extended weekend trip, but I could definitely see being here for longer. The unit itself is well stocked with everything you could want - from all the kitchen essentials to sound machines by the bed. The location is prime too. It’s within walking distance of river access, hiking trails, and even downtown BV. Such a great spot!
