As local restaurants continue to reopen, you'll have lots of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences. We're excited to welcome you back.
Very nice clean organized and a large amount of beach stuff to use. A keurig machine would have been better than the Mr Coffee machine. We did not have a car and if I would stay again I would have a car.
Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the home was clean, organized, and that the beach gear was useful. We appreciate the note about the coffee maker — we’ll consider adding a Keurig. did you have a change to take advantage of the Beach Trolley , it does go from the North End of the island all the way to Lover's Key! We’d be happy to host you again.

Accommodations were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, pots and pans, silverware, plates, coffee pot, etc. Pool area was always clean and we had great beach access. Very easy process from start to finish!!
That is great to hear Amber! WE appreciate you letting us know everythng went smoothly and you had everything you needed! See you next time! Sun Palace Vacations
Very nice place as advertised. Some beach amenities were already in the room which was very nice. All the room amenities and laundry all functioned very well. There was some construction on the exterior, but it wasn't unbearable. Only suggestion would be to have more linens for the 3rd pull-out bed, but understood it's tough to trust people not to take.
Thank you! We’re glad you enjoyed the home, amenities, and beach supplies. We appreciate your feedback about the extra linens and will keep it in mind for future stays.

Very Happy with this rental. Condo was spacious, clean and had all the little perks suck as chairs and coolers and towel that you need for a beach day. The pool area is great and welcoming. Even the full timers were happy to be around us and our kids. Parking was easy. Ice machine onsite was a nice extra as well. Entire property was well kept and clean. Especially common area elevator corridors and bathrooms.
Stayed 3 nights. Enjoyed the no-fuss access to the beach. Bonus to have rental bikes on site using the biking/rental app. Less than a 2 minute bike ride was an espresso/ice cream place with some gift and souvenir stores along with a spirits store and CVS.Located a little bit further from the downtown Ft. Myers Beach action. If your main reason is to sit on the beach and not bar hop, this is an ideal location. Minor detractors: the plastics keys to access the pool and beach were not working our first stay, but management was able to help the following morning. Nice touch was the beach toys and seats available in our unit. Nice to have a washing machine and dryer also (although the dryer took 2 cycles or more to dry clothes).Would stay in the identical unit again if we were to travel back to Ft Myers Beach.
Would we return? Yes! However, there were a few nuances. Firstly, the ongoing construction was a notable issue. Although we were forewarned, our bedroom windows had blue film on them, and workers were constantly moving up and down our side of the building throughout the day. The noise from the construction was also distracting, but we opted to spend time at the beach while the kids enjoyed the pool. The pool area also featured a hot tub, but it closed at dusk, which was strictly enforced. It's challenging to appreciate a hot tub in 90-degree weather when the sun is beating down. I had hoped to slip away from the kids and soak in it at night, but, as mentioned, the pool staff shut it down promptly at dusk (the grill area, located within the pool area, remained open until 10:00 pm, which seemed inconsistent). Furthermore, the second bedroom had ocean views, and it would have been pleasant to wake up to an ocean view from the primary bedroom. The showers required a thorough cleaning, but aside from these issues, our stay was exceptional!
