My family of four stayed here very comfortably for a few days. It was the perfect amount of space. The townhouse is about a 15 minute drive from restaurants by the river. The owner was super responsive and very kind. I would stay here again.

This property was great and in a quiet neighborhood! It was clean and very easy to check in. The only thing I would say is if you have bigger vehicles, the parking is a little tough, and the kitchen could be a little more stocked with supplies. But other than that we were very comfortable!

Hi, I'm requesting assistance with a partial refund for my recent stay. We did not have hot water for two days, which significantly affected our stay. We had to shower elsewhere and couldn't properly bathe our baby before checkout.I contacted the host during the stay but the issue wasn't resolved. Since hot water is a basic amenity, I'd like support with obtaining a partial refund. This was supposed to be our Valentine’s Day getaway.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are sorry for the inconvenience you encountered with the hot water during your stay. Following your report, a licensed plumber inspected the system and confirmed it is functioning properly. The temporary disruption appears to have been due to a high volume of hot water usage within a short period, requiring time for the tank to reheat. As discussed during our visit, the hot water did return, and we’re glad you were able to use the shower again afterward. After careful review, we were unable to approve the requested refund, as the system was found to be working as intended and the issue was temporary. Thank you for the opportunity to review and address your concerns.

We had a great experience. Property is centrally located, close to casinos and shopping. Nicely decorated, large and comfortable bedrooms with big windows, very clean unit! The garage is spacious with plenty of space outside for more than just one car which was super convenient for us.Overall a great place to stay, we will rent again when we comeback to Reno!

Reno Getaway

This lovely retreat in Reno was everything we hoped for and every bit as described. The accommodations are spacious, clean and very cozy! I am a late riser so, the bedrooms being on the second floor were just perfect for me to enjoy my rest, while the whole party was downstairs enjoying breakfast. One of our favorite features was the cute balcony where we spent some late evenings talking and laughing. The bedrooms are spacious and the private bathrooms are pretty large! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect Stay: Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable

I had a fantastic stay at this condo and would highly recommend it! The location is incredibly convenient — close to popular attractions yet tucked away in a quiet and safe area, which made it perfect for both relaxation and exploring. The condo itself is spotless, with a modern design and all-new furnishings that added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were equally well-stocked with essentials. It’s clear that a lot of thought was put into making this space welcoming and functional. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Not for Seniors

Very uncomfortable furniture & shower, bedrooms upstairs only, alight for me but would have been undoable for my wife. place was clean and in located in a decent area. Definitely wouldn't recommend for seniors.
