Everything about this property and Host Ned is a solid 5 stars. Cleanliness, communication, beautiful furnishings and fully stocked and appointed. Excellent location, parking, backyard. Modern, functional and really lovely… it will be my first choice for accommodations when visiting Reno!

This a a cute, extremely clean, well stocked home. Its location is close to major freeways to be convenient yet far enough away to be quiet. The host has thought of everything you might need. Beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be renting again when visiting Reno.

Our host was friendly and easy to work with, extremely responsive, and provided clear checkin and checkout instructions. The kitchen was the best equipped we've encountered. We had easy access to I80 to take us to the mountains. Raleys and Walmart were a 10-15 minute car ride away. Highly recommend

The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The house was immaculate and well equipped with a cozy vibe. Our whole family felt like it was our "home away from home". The location was perfect for our daughter's graduation from UNR. We have already recommended this place to others and will definetely plan to stay again when we return to Reno.

This lovely and quaint home was so well equipped, from the sustainable bath and cleaning products, to the kitchen equipment, to the amazing European-style bedding. The comforters were especially nice! We were even able to use the little pre-lit Christmas tree from the shed. Helped make our holiday even better! Ned was super responsive when we had any questions.

We loved the house and it had everything we needed for cooking. We loved that they used sustainable products for shower and laundry. I would stay there again!

Great little house in a central location!

This little house is centrally located in north Reno. It has a very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The back yard was perfect for sitting outside as well!

Perfect for UNR game!

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a UNR football game - perfectly located and super close to downtown and midtown for easy accessibility. Home was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and a large outdoor space in the backyard as well.

Great location

I was a little nervous about our stay as we were driving through the surrounding area, but once we turned on to the street, the nervousness went away. we felt safe, it was the perfect size for our foursome. The only thing I'd recommend is either stock tissues or advise renters to bring a box--especially during allergy season!

Great House Near UNR

We had a great stay! We were close to UNR for our granddaughter’s graduation. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. We were able to get in earlier than the normal check-in time. Messages to the owner about questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Reno.

A great find!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to main streets, and easy to find. The decor is updated and very comfortable. The home is well-stocked with kitchen staples, and includes plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The backyard is a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again.
