The host provided excellent communication throughout the process. The house was immaculate and well equipped with a cozy vibe. Our whole family felt like it was our "home away from home". The location was perfect for our daughter's graduation from UNR. We have already recommended this place to others and will definetely plan to stay again when we return to Reno.

Great little house in a central location!

This little house is centrally located in north Reno. It has a very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The back yard was perfect for sitting outside as well!

Great Place and Location

We loved the house and it had everything we needed for cooking. We loved that they used sustainable products for shower and laundry. I would stay there again!

Great location

I was a little nervous about our stay as we were driving through the surrounding area, but once we turned on to the street, the nervousness went away. we felt safe, it was the perfect size for our foursome. The only thing I'd recommend is either stock tissues or advise renters to bring a box--especially during allergy season!

Great House Near UNR

We had a great stay! We were close to UNR for our granddaughter’s graduation. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. We were able to get in earlier than the normal check-in time. Messages to the owner about questions were answered promptly. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Reno.

Perfect for UNR game!

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a UNR football game - perfectly located and super close to downtown and midtown for easy accessibility. Home was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and a large outdoor space in the backyard as well.

A great find!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to main streets, and easy to find. The decor is updated and very comfortable. The home is well-stocked with kitchen staples, and includes plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The backyard is a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and everything you need

This is a fantastic home that has been carefully set up to ensure that the traveler will have everything needed for a great stay. The bed and bedding are top quality and the home is located in a very quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to downtown. The host is very responsive and I can't think of anything that could have improved my stay. I travel frequently and this property made this one of my most enjoyable trips, even if it was for work. I highly recommend!veryquiet and very convenient area.

First of all, Lauren, our host, was amazing. She was so courteous and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and she was gracious enough to allow us an early check in. Additionally, I got food poisoning and she didn’t hesitate to agree to a late check out since we had an evening flight and had to cancel our plans for the day. The House was adorable, exactly as described, but the pics in the listing don’t do it justice. It’s an older home, but well maintained. The hardwood floors are beautiful and the pocket doors on the bathrooms lend a nostalgic feel. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated and are beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to cook or bake if you were at home. We were in town for family weekend at UNR and this little cottage was the perfect location. It’s within walking distance to campus and conveniently located to everything you might need. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit our daughter.

Cute, clean and cozy!!

From the moment we arrived there wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t already there. Very clean, very warm and inviting. Lots of beautiful light fixtures throughout the house and a ton of windows that I loved! I enjoyed having so much natural light. Definitely considering booking again in the winter.

Absolutely loved this house and the quiet neighborhood. The owner was very mindful about the products they brought into the house. Wooden cutting boards, glass tubberware, stainless steel cookware, refillable soaps and excellent blankets and beds. Overall very impressed with this house and would stay there again. Felt very safe and my kids enjoyed it! The only slightly negative thing I'd have to say was the owners were not available to be reached for questions in the evening. We had an issue with the locks at 8pm one night and were locked out for a while, thankfully I figured it out and got the door open but the owner didn't return my message until morning. But we did figure it out and we're able to get in.

This lovely and quaint home was so well equipped, from the sustainable bath and cleaning products, to the kitchen equipment, to the amazing European-style bedding. The comforters were especially nice! We were even able to use the little pre-lit Christmas tree from the shed. Helped make our holiday even better! Ned was super responsive when we had any questions.
