Well, this is what should attract you to our home in Reno, Nevada. It will provide anyone staying a place to recharge, relax and enjoy.

This 2-bedroom house of very easy access offers all you need for your staying and more!

The broad and beautiful minimalistic kitchen area has cutting-edge amenities necessary to make yourself tasty treats if you fancy cooking at home, as well as a wide variety of utensils, pots, and pans, and a coffee maker provided with coffee and creamer.

The beautiful bathroom setting is stocked with all the necessary amenities: shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more.

The bedrooms are decorated with comfortable and beautiful furniture, wide windows to let natural light in, and a bed set where you can perfectly rest and recharge energies for the following day.

The laundry area has a washing and drying machine.

Our home has open halls with lights and relaxing decoration colors. The living room is one of the best places in the house, decorated with beautiful furniture to make some family reunions getting ready for a day full of experiences, or after a long walking day to share some stories and, maybe also have some drinks and snacks.

One of our best bnb

We enjoyed our stay at Nicolas bnb. Kitchen is complete with all you need if you wanted to fix a big meal. Clean, spacious, modern, bright lights. Anyone who stays here will be very happy. Quick responses to my emails.

Beautiful place Beautiful neighborhood. A wonderful and relaxing place. Located near everything we wanted, and property contained all essential items. Management is quick to resolve your problems and when we arrived, there was a entry issue. It was resolve immediately! We are ghost hunting folks and found excellent tours within walking distance. Our skywatching was perfect as well. No noise or parking problems and the property was spacious, clean and restful. We had our pets and they were happy too! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We will be returning.

Great Place

The place was located two blocks from a grocery store in a quiet area of town. The place was very well kept, looked beautiful inside, and was all clean for us. I would recommend this place.

Cute and Convenient

Weekend with friends a fur friend. Perfect spot for a mix of relaxing, catching up with friends and exploring downtown. Cute river trail that we explored with coffee from the shop just a block away. Co-Op for groceries and late night ice cream run. There were bars, restaurants brew pubs and shopping all walking distance ( less than a mile) We had a blast and had the dogo with us all day. Reno is VERY pro dog :)

Awesome spot!

We had a great stay at the Riverside place. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to Midtown and all the great food, beer, thrifting and cafes. The place was super clean and cozy. The manager was great at communicating with us and check in was simple. We will for sure book this place again when we visit grandma in Reno!!

The property is beautiful. I love the style of the house. My only problem was the water did not stay hot for long. The property owner said he sent someone to fix it while we were out but it was still cold. The towels also did not look very nice looking and the owners did deliver more towels right away.

Good and not so good

The house is very conveniently located and a great size for 4 people, although only 2 of us on this trip. Good security system. Good quality supplies in the kitchen, except the dishes. Service for 4, but pieces were missing and most had big chips and breaks - no serving pieces. We washed dishes after every meal. Notified owner after first day but he didn’t correct the situation while we were there. A $25 service for 8 at Costco would be more appropriate. One extra roll of toilet paper (for 8 days) left under the sink had been wet and dried, with black mold on it. Outside lighting on adjoining buildings is very bright at night, which makes main bedroom very bright also. All these items mentioned are easily corrected. Hopefully the manager/owner will do so and make the house even more appealing for longer stays. We would return if these items are corrected.

This stay was perfect for a 2 night stay in Reno. The location is really good, you’re only about a 10 minute walk to the river and downtown. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to cook ourselves. We didn’t need to go out to eat at all! The only minor thing is that it’s really close to a bar, so if you have the window open you’ll definitely hear the people outside. Another thing was the place was pet friendly for our 2 dogs! There is a pet fee though, be aware of that. It was a bit too cold to lounge in the yard but it had a grill and looked like a nice place to hang out, only thing is I think it is shared with the neighboring unit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again.

La peor experiencia

Tuve varios probles sobre todo en la cocina donde incluso tuvimos asientes peligroso con el horno... Donde tuvimos que salir fuera con un niño de 10 días de nacido en medio de un frio inaguantable pero a todo esto se le hizo caso omiso.Pedí mas de una ves, pueden confirmar en los mensajes a las cuales se le daba un seguimiento peor que si fuese un un favor o una limosna que se estuviera pidiendo...en fin fue tan fuerte el tema que tuve que dejar la casa 5 días 5 días antes de se terminara la estacada por lo incómodo de la. situación.Le envié un mensaje in formando a lo cual tampoco tuve respuesta.Creo que a la hora de alquilar una vivienda por tanto tiempo y donde se especifica que va ver un niño se debe ser mas integro y no jugar con el dinero, la integridad y tiempo de los demås.
