Étapes de la plage et vue sur la plage

Bella Mar est une spacieuse maison de ville à trois niveaux avec un parking privé en dessous et cinq balcons, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur l'océan et la baie! L'emplacement est à moins d'un pùté de maisons avec un accÚs direct à la plage. L'emplacement au centre-ville est parfait pour profiter de tous les restaurants, magasins et activités locaux. Entrez l'unité sur un hall d'entrée demi-niveau avec des escaliers au premier étage. Le premier étage comprend deux chambres et une salle de bains commune se situe entre les deux chambres. Il y a aussi une buanderie au premier étage. L'espace de vie au deuxiÚme niveau comprend un salon spacieux avec une nouvelle télévision à écran plat, une cheminée, un grand canapé-lit, un coin repas et une cuisine moderne avec des dessus en granit. Ce plancher est entiÚrement fini avec des planchers de bois stratifié. Le troisiÚme étage a deux chambres principales, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain privée. Non-fumeur. Pas d'animaux, s'il vous plaßt.

AMAZING STAY

Perfect Stay

Even with the hurricane coming through, we made the best of the one day we had there. Great location and loved all of the decks and size of the home! We will be bookmarking this house for a future stay!

We had a very nice stay in Bella Mar C this year. We really loved the kitchen, it had great counter space, water and ice to refill water bottles, and all the cookware we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy during our stay too and worked perfectly. We had a view of both the bay and the ocean and an easy walk to the beach. The sunsets were beautiful and there were fireworks visible from the balcony a couple nights. It’s right there on the middle of OCMD so anything to eat, drink, play was all close by. Our host David, was fantastic. Quick to respond and was able to help accommodate a difficult situation for us.

Perfect place for 11 guests

We had an amazing girls weekend in Ocean City and stayed at a gorgeous town house. Perfect size for 11 guests and was very updated, clean, welcoming and just perfect in every way! Loved the huge shower and their was soooo much room. 2 min walk to the beach and right near the strip for local shopping and eating. We would definitely stay there again

Easy Stay

Stayed here for St. Pattys day in OC. Owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The house met all needs and expectations. Nice location on the main drag and just a parking lot to the beach. Comfortable accommodations for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Awesome OC Bike week

This was our 4th year renting this unit. We absolutely love this property! You can stand on one of the five balcony’s & see the bay & the ocean. It has a well equipped kitchen & plenty of stuff for the beach. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Easy walk to the beach

Easy check in, staff friendly. A few things needed fixed and this went smoothly. Only thing I could change is the noise of the traffic.

Family Reunion

Overall it was a great location. Very close to the beach. The layout of the house was nice for people to spread out and do their own thing. The house did have alot of items that would have been good to know so we didn’t have to bring them.

Short walk to beach

Property located block away from beach on a pretty traffic free side street. Some complain about coastal highway road noise but we didn’t find it an issue at all. Unit is three levels which mean a lot of steps so keep that in mind if that’s an issue for anyone. Property was clean with plenty of items to have a great time. Look forward to returning next year!
