Lovely hillside villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea with private plunge pool.

This villa is ideally located in Frigate Bay, St Kitts on the beautiful Calypso Bay Resort, known for its fabulous gardens and central facilities including an internationally award winning central pool and tennis court. This vacation home is approximately 1600 square feet including verandah space. The view from the veranda and balconies, living room and bedrooms capture the Caribbean Sea and the neighboring island of Nevis.

On entering the villa, you will be treated to an open concept living room with comfortable couches for lounging, dining table for six, breakfast bar for two and a well equipped custom kitchen. Powder room and laundry are discretely tucked away. The living room is framed by a deep veranda, nicely furnished with lounge chairs, outdoor dining for 4, huge barbecue grill and a delightful plunge pool.

The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private balcony and there is plenty of closet space and dressers to accommodate your holiday wardrobe in style and comfort.

Through out the villa, there are AC units, ceiling fans and large windows to keep the temperature as you like it.

We were very impressed with the property and its location, especially in regards to the areas of the island that we enjoy. It was nice having our own little pool, but we also enjoyed the view that the community pool offered. The property was the perfect size for our summer getaway.

Quiet residential neighborhood

Nice home and great neighborhood. I always rent a scooter from Sunny Blue because staying here necessitates having your own transportation if you plan to be out and about. If you desire quiet and yet easy access (a mile or two) to amenities, this is the place for you.

This was the third time renting this property. The property manager is amazing and helpful. Beautiful views of the Ocean with a great swimming pool. Looking forward to renting more properties from Arlene. Had a wonderful time.

The BEST!!!

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful home!! Everything about it was perfect...the location, the amenities, the view, the pool...a little slice of dreamy perfection! Our girls, age 9 & 7, had so much fun & we were all very comfortable. I would highly recommend this villa & would definitely stay here again!!! Amazing view!

My family of four stayed at Calypso Bay for 11 nights. The property was clean, spacious and nestled in a quiet condo community overlooking the Caribbean sea and was central to many amenities. We enjoyed meals and the beautiful view from the home’s main deck, and the kids had fun in the wonderful infinity swimming pool close by - breathtaking! The only suggestion I would have is that perhaps management could consider providing hand soap and dish soap for the guests. Also, a booklet with ‘Things you need to know about the property’ info would’ve been helpful, ie: how to lock the back door. Thanks, Arlene, for a wonderful stay! Hope to be back

Great property with incredible views

Our stay here was great. Initially, there was confusion with our arrival date. Once I notified the host we had arrived (the property wasn’t ready), she put us in an alternate property for one night. We were definitely upgraded. The place was beautiful. They accommodated our event schedule and had our place ready when we were able to move the next day. This property was not far from lots of things to do, but you would definitely need your own vehicle to get around. We were glad we rented an AWD vehicle. The views from the balcony were incredible. We didn’t realize there was a student living in the unit below us, until we learned we had to share parking. There was never an issue, because it was totally soundproof and the student parked in nearby parking the rest of the week. We never saw this person or heard them. The balcony and plunge pool were perfect and private. I would stay at this property again.
