Beautiful 130 year old schoolhouse beside the Wallamba river in quiet rural area within 8 kms of shops and township of Tuncurry. 2 acre garden with boat ramp and fishing deck. Bedroom in main schoolroom with kitchen and bathroom.
Perfect fishing & waterskiing!
Has historic school photos with desks and blackboard and open fireplace.
Also is still a part-time working professional photographic studio with old cameras and photographic 3D collection.
A step back in time to the late Victorian days.
The space
Riverside property with ample room to keep boat.
Guest access
Guests will have access to downstairs BBQ and pool table. Also shoolhouse with deck and BBQ
Other things to note
The furnishings are antique and need due care.
