Less than a minutes stroll to gorgeous Diamond Beach, perfect for a small family requiring affordable accommodation with everything you need, including ceiling fans in the lounge and wifi to enjoy your stay. A chrome-cast has been supplied in the lounge room & main bedroom so you can stream all your favourite shows in your home away from home. The property is the bottom level of a newly built two story home, with a spacious entertaining front deck for the family BBQ. Located in a quiet area but with access to all amenities incl Gift shops, Takeaway and Bottle Shops
All this just 5 minutes from Black Head and 15-20 minutes to Tuncurry/Forster.

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great spot and very clean. Would recommend having a sign on what door to use and the key gets jammed opening the door and very noisy when kids are running around upstairs.

Comfortable, quiet location

Quiet street, walk 5 minutes to the beach. A few little shops walking distance and then a supermarket, chemist etc 5 minutes by car. The place is comfortable but it could do with some more welcoming extras - similar to an Air BnB experience. For a short stay, bringing one’s own linen etc. and going to and from a real estate agent to collect/drop-off keys isn’t modern or convenient. Also having to sign a lease - not a straightforward booking process!

The key pick up and drop off, linen and signing a lease are all included in the confirmation email sent to you when you book. Lovely apartment, spacious, bright and clean. We were rookies to Stayz and wish the 'housekeeping' information had been left for us so that we could have correctly exited the property - bins, dishwasher, keys...

Great Modern (new) apartment.

Good sized apartment. Comfortable furnishings. Suited our requirements as we were working in the area. A dryer would be a good addition with the washing machine as a laundromat is about 20 mins away. A dimmer for the lounge lights would be a good idea. lights can be too bright. Other than that it was a great place.
