Vivez pleinement l'expérience Rotorua en séjournant dans une maison qui utilise les qualités géothermiques de la région pour chauffer l'eau chaude, les radiateurs de chauffage et son propre petit bassin chaud. Cette maison est plus proche de la ville que la plupart des hôtels et des motels, mais quand vous y êtes, elle est calme et paisible, un endroit idéal pour se détendre. Si le vélo de montagne est votre passion, il est assez facile de monter sur votre vélo et de pédaler jusqu'aux séquoias (prenez la voiture et prenez plus de temps sur les sentiers). Se rendre en ville est également facile (moins de 500 m du centre commercial principal). Les supermarchés Countdown et Pak'nSave sont très proches. La maison elle-même est à l'aise avec suffisamment d'espace à l'extérieur pour un pique-nique ou un barbecue.

Amazing Rotorua stay

Lovely centrally located property. It was clean, warm and walking distance to the city centre. The heated mineral pool was amazing to relax in. Perfect for small or large families.

Great spot for a weekend away

We stayed here for a mountain bike race in Redwoods, and the property was perfect. Clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen meant we could easily cook food rather than having to rely on takeaways. The host was super helpful when we wanted to extend our stay by a day at fairly short notice. Loved it, would definitely stay again

Best cosy warm stay ever!

Loved the warmth throughout the house with the thermal heating, pool was perfect & my nephew ‘camped’ with his PlayStation on the mezzanine. Great communication with Jonathan - Thanks, will definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Located just a short walk from town. Easy to find. Johnathon was great to deal with. Quick to answer any questions we had. Property was very tidy and comfortable. Only fault was a couple of doors/windows to outside were stuck and difficult to open but overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Great place Only negative - fridge wasn’t cold. And would be nice if it had a bigger tv. No idea how to pass this feedback into property owners without putting it into a review … ?

Cosy, well located town house

We could easily access Rotorua's attractions. The children appreciated the hot pool. Kitchen was a little cramped. Front door needed to be slammed and I took the skin of my knuckles in the process.

Winter Escape

The property was very close to town which allowed us to walk around instead of driving around in a car all the time. The private hot pool was great to soak in, especially as it was cold, being the middle of Winter. The house was cosy and inviting especially being out all day and then coming in to a toasty environment. That was the best. Jonathan was very helpful with our enquiries and even came over to make sure the hot pool was just the right temperature for us to soak in at the end of a long day. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

The location of this property was very convenient to town & super close to the supermarkets.

The location of this property was very convenient to town & super close to the supermarkets. It is a spacious property tucked at the end of a right of way. We were however sadly disappointed by the ill equipped & poorly cleaned kitchen. The owner was understanding when I complained and gave us some compensation towards cleaning costs and the fact we couldn't really cook family meals due to lack of cooking utensils. This demonstrated that he had at least acknowledged the issues.

I gave a compensation of more than the cleaning cost charged. I also explained that the kitchen was cleaned but work had been done that day to fix an electric problem and that was because they were unable to keep the appointment the day before. This was explained before you arrived.

The location was central

The location was central. The property is not well maintained. The bathroom was not very clean. Our main issue was that the second floor bedroom window with bunks opened straight out to a long drop - with no child safety locks and therefore I would not rate the property as suitable for children. We enjoyed the hot pool in the backyard and the backyard is pleasant. The property needs some maintenance as is old and tired.
