The space:

You arrive in a large U-shaped driveway, greeted by a balcony and stunning lake view. The air is filled with the scent of pine and fresh air, accompanied by the sounds of wind in the trees, bluejays, and the family of loons.

Stroll down a gentle garden slope to the gated balcony, granting access to the cottage. Enter the main open-concept living area, adorned with wood floors, huge windows with lake views, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for sitting by the fire on chilly evenings. The full kitchen is perfect for a family cooking, and the solid wood dining table is ideal for shared meals. Adjacent to the living area are three bedrooms and a full bath.

Step back onto the balcony, descend a flight of stairs, where the breathtaking views, fresh scents, and serene silence are bound to captivate you. The separate downstairs area offers seasonal storage and a secondary suite with a spacious bedroom, office space, kitchenette, half bath, and laundry area.

Exit through the patio door to the flat backyard—ideal for playing ball or building snow forts. A few more steps lead you to the dock and natural sandy beach, with a pristine view of the untouched Laurentian mountains across the lake. The pontoon boat and kayaks await.
