We’re glad you found the home clean, well-stocked, and comfortable — exactly as presented in the listing. The unit is located in a modular home community, which is clearly shown and accurately described. Calling it a “trailer park” is not only incorrect but unfairly misrepresents the property and the neighborhood. This is a brand-new community that’s still being built — thoughtfully and to a very high standard. The area is safe, quiet, and ideally located — just minutes from top wineries, lakes, the airport, and UBCO — which is why it continues to be a popular choice with our guests. As you noted, the limited construction happens only during regular hours and didn’t impact your stay. We work hard to maintain a high standard and create a great experience for every guest. It’s disappointing when reviews overlook that effort or make loaded comments about things unrelated to the quality of the actual stay.
