Wonderful three-bedroom reverse-design (main living area is on the second floor) home! Enjoy beautiful views of Wellfleet Harbor and close proximity to Burton Baker Beach and Indian Neck Bay Beach. This inviting home has two deck and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Enter the first floor hall with a bedroom to the left and the den to the right. The den has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen smart TV. The bedroom has a full (double bed) and a twin bed. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Stairs lead to the second floor hall. The bedrooms are to the left and the main living area is to the right. The main living area is an open and bright space with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and two sets of sliders to the upper deck. The living room has a comfortable sectional and chair and a flat screen smart TV. The dining area is between the kitchen and living room.

The well-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The center island has counter seating. Beautiful views of Wellfleet Harbor from the main living area.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on the second floor.

Two ductless split unit air conditioners--one in the main living area and one in the first floor bedroom. Window unit air conditioners in the two second floor bedrooms.

Ceiling fans in the two upstairs bedrooms and the main living area.

Attached garage with washer/dryer and ping pong table.

Two sets of sliders lead from the main living area to the upper deck with picnic table and chairs--a fantastic spot to enjoy all Indian Neck has to offer. The upper deck may also be accessed by exterior stairs from the lower deck.

The lower deck has a gas grill and a shaded area if you want to enjoy the fresh air and take a break from the sun. There is an enclosed outdoor shower at the side of the house.

Burton Baker Beach is only 350 feet away! Only a 10-min walk/2-min bike ride to Indian Neck Beach on the harbor.

Just a short drive to all the best of Wellfleet. Six-minute drive to Wellfleet's Main Street for restaurants, shops and galleries. Eight-minute drive to Wellfleet Town Pier and a Eight-min drive to Mayo Beach on The bay side. Short drive to the town's freshwater ponds and ocean beaches, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, live entertainment and much more. About a twenty-minute drive to Provincetown.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
