This property was beautiful. The renting process was seamless.The sunroom was our favorite room, we had our meals out there, played games and just relaxed.We will definitely look to rent this property again.

Great place for two couples traveling together. We each had our own king suit with bath. Close to Chatham for shopping. Near several beaches, great restaurants and art galleries. The house is gorgeous and very well appointed. Would certainly come back in the future.

The Peach House is a very roomy, expanded Cape Cod style house, very recently and tastefully decorated. Our family all expressed complimentary remarks about the roominess and quietness of the house, overall, and the four-season sunroom in particular. There is a good amount of parking - about 6 mid-sized cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage; much better than most of the 30 houses we have rented over the years. The included linens and towels were of very nice quality - a pleasant surprise.This house was within 5 minutes of most of the conveniences in town.The owner/manager was always very responsive to questions, usually responding within a few minutes.All of the systems in the house worked as they should except the WIFI. The router seemed to work as expected, but, the Xfinity network seems insufficient to keep up with the demands of so many users in town during the peak vacation season. While the WIFI signal was present, the network was usually unusable during normal waking hours. It did work like a typical "high speed internet" when I tried it at 6:00 AM on Saturday. But, the rest of the week, all of our family found it unusable. In fact, two of our party cut their visit short by a few days because they could not do the remote work they had planned to do. I did not let this affect my 5/5 rating of property because I really think this problem is beyond the owner/manager's control. But, I hope Xfinity improves the service.
