Located only minutes from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, Sky Mountain golf course, and numerous hikes and outdoor sites, this property provides a peaceful respite inside, with a resort hot-tub, pool and clubhouse right outside the door. So much to do if you like the outdoors, or stay home and enjoy numerous included amenities. Other popular attractions are the amazing St. George Parade of Homes, the famous Tuacahn Center for the Arts, Utah Senior Games, Iron Man, St. George marathon, and numerous amateur sporting tournaments.
** Please note that the resort pool will be closed from January 5th through the February 13th of 2026 for maintanance.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was fantastic - had everything: lazy river, slide for kids, hot tub, and nice BBQ area. Beds were super comfy. We loved it there! And Karen, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

Great family getaway

We had a great time at the Zion Village. The location was great for daily trips to Zion and then back for grilling and hanging out at the pool. House was very comfortable and had space for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely come back!

Zion vacation

This property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone and close to pool and grill. Location was close to town and about 30 minutes to Zion National Park which we visited multiple times. Also close enough for a day trip to Bryce Canyon or the Grand Canyon. Would definitely recommend!

Great family stay

Nice, clean place for our small family reunion. We were able to use the clubhouse to host a barbecue poolside and had a great time. House layout has a great use of space so we didnt feel crowded at all with 4 different families staying together. Kids and teens loved the pool and clubhouse games, and we watched the eclipse from the unexpectedly large deck!

Spring break

Great spring break spot. The house was perfect sized for our group of 13. The kids loved the pool. It was close enough to play in zion for a day and St. George the next day. Only complaint was the pull out couch upstairs was uncomfortable but we just had kids sleep on it. The pull out downstairs in the study was much better.

This place is perfect

I stayed here with my wife and 3 boys for a week. The house is great. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything worked perfectly. Very clean. We forgot one of our bags and the owner even arranged to ship it back to us !

Beautiful property

It’s a beautiful property. We enjoyed all our stay. Upstairs outdoor terrace was amazing to hangout with family and friends. Pool side club was next to the door was so convenient for kids. We explored Zion, lake sand hollows , Bryce Canyon etc.. this property is close to town. Host Karen is very nice to approach for any questions or concerns. Thank you Karen.

Clean and modern townhome

The whole process was great! Karen what’s very responsive to all our questions throughout. The town was was modern with plenty of nice upgrades throughout and very clean. Our family also enjoyed the pool area that also included a very nice BBQ area and a couple gas fire pits. Nice workout area also for those who like to exercise on vacation. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back in the future!

Great House

Excellent house with plenty of rooms and maintained well. It felt brand new. Nice large garage that fit an SUV with an extended bike rack on easily. Short walk to pool, but not too close so you don’t hear the noise from it. All the kids there seem to really be having fun at the pool. I would rent again.

The place was very clean and nice, and next to the club house and swimming pool. Nothing to complaint. It was hot when we came in town. The lady manager reached out to make sure the AC was working fine. It was a very nice for her to do that!

Family vacation.

The property itself was quite nice, very close to the pool, nice big garage where you can comfortably park Yukon xl. We loved the layout of the house. However, the whole clubhouse and pool management needs to improve.... Only one broken umbrella around the pool, all grills and furniture not taken care of for a long while..., the filter in the pool also didn't look good. I hope it will improve. Putting aside the disappointment with the clubhouse and pool area we enjoyed our stay. Very good communication with property manager. Thank you!

Family Vacay

We went with our adult children (and friends) and loved this home! It had plenty of room— we didn’t even use all the rooms! The house had everything we needed. We traveled to Zion, Antelope Canyon and Bryce Canyon. It was a perfect central location! We ordered groceries ahead from Walmart and picked up when we got in. The pool was super close and a nice place to hang after many morning trails. It’s a great pool if you have small children! (We did not but still enjoyed the pool). We also grilled and that was easy and just a few steps away also! We would definitely go back and stay here again! The owner was available for any questions and responded almost Immediately to any that we had! Utah did NOT disappoint! Absolutely gorgeous views! ***Zion National Park entrance is about 30-40 min away and if you want to get a parking spot in the park, you really need to arrive by 9ish.

We love getting down to southern Utah and enjoying its beauty and many activities. I'm also perfectly happy laying around by a pool with a good book, so this property has it all for me! I enjoy seeing how happy guests are when they stay at our home. It is fun to learn more about the area from guests as they share their vacation activities with me.

Poolside Villa is the perfect spot for a getaway. It is tastefully decorated with many private bedrooms as well as large gathering areas for bigger groups. As great as it is indoors, just outside is a wonderful clubhouse, workout gym, pool and spa. And then just beyond that is southern Utah. If you haven't seen this area of the world, prepare to be in awe. And if you are already familiar with it, that's why you are looking for this property! You have found your spot!
We take extra measures to keep our property clean, with sanitizing steps on all touch points. You can enter the home with the keyless lock without coming in contact with anyone.

This property has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation stay, from a well thought out floor plan to a chef's dream kitchen and barbecue. Plenty to do inside, with multiple Smart TVs, XBox, private corners for reading and large areas for gathering. Our comfy King size beds will make you want to stay in bed all day. But resist! There's too much to do and see out there!
Just outside the back patio is the gorgeous pool area. Workout in the private gym, enjoy the pool table and foosball table, and let's not forget about the pool area! The splash pad is perfect for the little kiddos, the lazy river will help you forget all your worries as you float in circles, then relax in the lounge chairs, spa and pool area. We really have something for everyone!
This is one of the closest Short Term Rental properties to Zion National Park. And Sand Hollow is even closer! Whatever you want to do, this is the home base you are looking for!
