Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai and community BBQ by the pool

Waikoloa Beach Villas G3 is located on the ground floor of the G Building. Beautiful views of the golf course. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Beautiful condo great location

Amazing condo- clean and well equipped. Property management company was excellent with communication. Location is amazing. Pool was great for the kids. Highly recommend this spot.

Last Minute Stay Before Xmas

Lovely, clean accommodations and appreciated the extra amenities (beach mats, chairs, bikes, towels, etc.) including the kitchen amenities. Condo was well stocked with supplies. Loved the outdoor BBQ and patio. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay there again. The location and amenities were excellent!

Awesome vacation!

We loved the location, beautiful view on golf field, and close proximity to Queens Market and walk to beach. Property had beautiful interior, comfortable beds and well designed kitchen.Overall very clean, we enjoyed it very much and hope come back soon!

Clean, convenient and great location!

We stayed at this condo for a work trip and will book it again in the future! We loved that it is right across the Queen's Marketplace so getting coffee and food was easy. Its in a central location from the Kohala Coast hotels. The condo was clean and furnished nicely.

I’ve stayed at this condo several times and is amazing! Always clean & fully equipped. We enjoy staying walking distance to shops, restaurants & the beach. Will stay again when visiting the Big Island.

Hawaiian Paradise

Location location location. Everything That you want to enjoy in Hawaii is close by. This was such a lovely place for our family to experience the island. Clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. We highly recommend!

The stay was fabulous and we had a great time!

Location was great for being so close to the pool and didn’t have to walk to far for garbage disposal. Friendly neighborhood! We were in a downstairs unit and wasn’t too sure with the people right above us if they had small kids, but any time they walked you can hear it.

We've stayed in the Waikoloa Beach Villas several times. We like this development for its location - close to the beach, the Queens Marketplace and the King's Marketplace - and because they are well built and maintained. This unit has updated furniture and a well appointed kitchen. The owners provided good beach equipment. This was the first time we didn't have access to the garage, but it turned out not to be a problem. We would stay in the unit again.

Great condo- we’ll be back!

This rental was lovely and had everything we could have needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were pleasantly surprised by the number of beach supplies. Coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, etc- they had everything we could have needed. This unit was beautifully furnished and we enjoyed many meals BBQing on the lanai. The grounds for this complex are very well maintained and the pool was perfect for our young kids. Location was excellent- walking distance to the beach and right next to two shopping centers for quick trips to the market or to get shaved ice. We have literally nothing bad to say about our stay! Thank you!

Not very family friendly

Too many rules for kids and adults and not the friendliest people. Garage is too small for most vehicles to park in and parking is so tight out front with everyone else, its ridiculous. The property managers leave tickets for everything! I felt my kids couldn't be kids outside with all the "old golfers" staring at us. I did like the location of the property and generally the condo itself. The sofa bed was broken and the matress falls through the bottom, so thank goodness only the kids slept there. Hopefully we don't get blamed for that either.

The grounds and property are very well maintained and the staff is great! The unit itself was well stocked and had extras like rolling cooler and beach chairs. The bbq grill on the patio was wonderful. On the downside, it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Sofa pillows are dirty. We hosed off the dirt build up and debris on the patio. The river rock floor in the master shower is torture to people with nerve damaged feet. Would not have rented the unit if I’d known of that shower floor. Shower door doesn’t close. Carpet was dirty. The location is perfect, the new pool and pool furniture are perfect. The view of the golf course is lovely. Will stay at resort again but not that unit.

Please note that the pebble showers were original install design at the Beach Villas, so definitely make sure to ask if there have been design changes prior to booking in the future! Paradise & Beyound

Kona is a beautiful island, finding the right place to stay is a must to take in it's beauty and return to see the sunset say goodnight to day and hello to the night stars is priceless. The Villas at Waikoloa Beach Village is the perfect place to watch this event happen day after day during your stay here. This unit in particular was well worth it's price! From the view of the golf course, to sitting out on the perfect Lani watching the sun rise and set is breathless. It's online description matched the reality of what you will get (this is rare). The check-in was seamlessly easy as we entered the codes that opened a doorway to pure excitement and each of us saying to one another... "is this where we are going to stay? WOW!" The kitchen is a chef's dream (I love to cook and a perfect kitchen is a must on my check list). It has everything you will need to prepare the perfect meals from grocery shopping at COSTCO. From pots and pans, to an excellent assortment of utensils are at your fingertips. It even comes with an Instapot! The dining room is a complement to the kitchen. It has a large butcher block table with soft seating for six and perfect chandelier lighting. The living room has well appointed soft & comfy seating facing a huge flat screen Smart TV that makes you feel as if you are in a private viewing theatre. We enjoyed cozying up with a bowl of popcorn and watching movies. Opening the large sweeping patio door to the Lani is like a scene from The Wizard Oz (you know the one where it goes from black and white to color). It's large and spacious with seating for six and gathering after dinner. The built-in grill is large and spacious enough to cook burgers to steak perfectly. The master bedroom is large with a huge flat screen tv perfect for winding down from the day. The pillows are large and fluffy with bedding that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The adjoining bathroom has a large vanity fit for two to spread out. The shower is separate from the bathtub (a must). I save the best for last! If you are a golfer (we are avid golfers), this unit comes with a Golf Pass for the Waikoloa Beach Golf Resort! We golfed everyday, which is just five minutes away. This is included in the rental price! In summary, you will not be disappointed in renting this unit. The description that you read is exactly what you will get "Paradise". We will be back again and when we do, this unit is the one we want will rent time and time again.

Waikoloa Beach Villas G3 does not have a golf pass included. The guest had originally rented a different unit that had A/C issues so moved their stay to G3. They were able to use the Golf Pass from the original unit they rented.

Great Stay

Grounds and living space very clean. Prompt service from management. We had a doorknob malfunction on the master bedroom, essentially locking our sons in the room without it being locked, and Christina was at our door almost immediately to take care of it. Would definitely stay again!
