Place worked well for us. Just know it's pretty bare bones. Had to bring everything with us (including pillows) and there wasn't even tissues and stuff like that. (There was paper towels.) But, definitely clean, comfortable and location was ideal for us.

Great location and super clean! I love how each bedroom had a queen bed so everyone was comfortable! I wish they they provided the basics like pillows, sheets and towels because it was inconvenient when our family members forgot some items. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Perfect location! Large condo with comfortable furniture. Great appliances in the kitchen but if you are a cook, bring a knife and a sauté pan. Otherwise, amazing stay. We enjoyed the deck, which is bigger than it looks in the photos. Would stay again.

This penthouse was the best! It was much more spacious than the pics, and the porch was much bigger as well; it quickly became one of our favorite hang out spots all weekend. The floors were a bit sandy when we got there but otherwise the place was very clean. We did have an issue with the AC our first night but Kathryn was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. The location was so perfect, walking distance to the beach and all the local spots. Having to bring our own pillows/linens/towels was kind of a hassle but did not take away from the overall experience. Would love to stay again!

The place was lovely and conveniently located. The only negative feedback I have at all is that we had to provide our bedding, pillows, and towels. I didn't notice any mention of that in the property description and found that to be a large annoyance after making the non-refundable (and not cheap) booking. That inconvenience aside, it was great.

My daughter and her friends went for their senior trip. The condo seems very upkept in the photos but that was misleading. They found several roaches everywhere in the condo. I have reached out to owners and vrbo with no response. We will not be staying here again.

Tea, we appreciate your response, but we do not have any communication on the VRBO app or any reports from your previous stay. I am not sure if you stayed at the apartment or it seems like your daughter and her friend stayed there which would not be why we rented this location to you. we have never received a report either before you or after your stay in the last several years of any bugs at our location. Please submit any pictures that you have regarding bugs or any issues or any images that do not match what we have posted.

Wonderful location at a fair price. Walking distance to beach, dining, and shops. Apartment was spacious and clean. The 2 covered parking spots directly under the apartment was a huge bonus. Easy check-in, check- out. As indicated in the lisiting, it appears that the apartment was recently updated. However, some of the work was done quite carelessly: paint on the floor tiles, toilet paper holder screwed on crooked, etc. Nothing that affected our stay in a major way, just sort of sloppy looking. It was nice to have a washer & dryer in the apartment. We were not able to find a broom anywhere, which would have been helpful for the inevitable sand that came back from the beach. The biggest dowside of this apartment is that you are expected to bring your own towels and bedding. This information is not posted in the listing and was relayed to us after booking. Overall, I would recommend.
