Spacious townhouse with pond views located biking distance to beach and boardwalk! Enjoy the Community pool, tennis and basket ball courts, open living and dining area, three en-suite bedrooms, a bunk room with a hall bathroom, large basement recreation room and a relaxing deck overlooking the pond. Great place to spend your vacation!

Bedroom 4: 1 Double/single(bunk)w/hall Ba
Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.
Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase.
Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
