Magnifique 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complÚte condo au premier étage qui est pratique pour tout. Situé sur la route 1 avec un accÚs facile à la plage, restaurants, points de vente et activités. Ce condo offre un accÚs facile à la piscine communautaire via une véranda arriÚre (avec ventilateur de plafond et table / chaises) et un patio attenant.

Peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec lits king master et queen, 2 autres chambres. Lit pliant fourni pour une personne supplémentaire. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bains privative (avec rail d'aide au handicap), d'un dressing, d'une commode, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une télévision à écran plat de 50 pouces. Grande deuxiÚme chambre (15 x 12) avec ventilateur de plafond, télévision à écran plat, grand placard et commode. La troisiÚme chambre a une télévision à écran plat, un ventilateur de plafond et un grand placard. Les deuxiÚme et troisiÚme chambres partagent une salle de bain complÚte (baignoire / douche).

La cuisine amĂ©liorĂ©e a des comptoirs en granit et offre tout le confort de la maison. La salle Ă  manger sĂ©parĂ©e peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes (et peut ĂȘtre agrandie davantage), tandis que le bar du petit-dĂ©jeuner peut accueillir 2 personnes supplĂ©mentaires. La vĂ©randa avec moustiquaire offre quatre places supplĂ©mentaires pour les dĂźners Ă  l'extĂ©rieur.

We had a great time! David and Nina’s place was clean and well kept. Everywhere we wanted to go was only a few minutes drive away. It was a great location to get to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.

David communicated with us in advance to welcome us and ask if we had any questions. His property manager was friendly and met us at the apartment when we were checking in. He also gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and local events going on over the weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and relax to play family games. We would love to stay again some other time. Thank you!
