Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool.

Comfortably sleeps 8 with king main, queen, and two full beds in 3 total bedrooms. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Kitchen provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

This was my first trip to Rehobeth Beach. My son and his wife & kids planned to stay with me at The Palms for 3 nights. Unfortunately,my daughter-in-law’s uncle passed away, so she was not able to join us. That said, the trip was a bit of a challenge:my two grandkids are 2 and 5. We tried our best to keep them quiet but we were not always 100% successful. The condo itself was really nice and spacious. There were 3 generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. I really liked the 2nd floor deck, accessed by a sliding glass door. We had a beautiful view of the pool and fountains. I liked the color choices and seaside decor. The kitchen was nice and there was a dishwasher, washer and dryer available for our use. We brought our own sheets and towels, which was not a big deal. When we were packing up everything to go home, I opened a closet in the master bedroom and noticed there were beach chairs and a boogie board. We did not use these items but it was very considerate of the hosts to have them available for guest use. The pool was fantastic! I don’t know if it was heated but the water temperature was very nice-and perfect for the little ones. I would definitely recommend this condo!

It was a clean and spacious condo that was perfect for our first family vacation. Convinently located right at the Tanger Outlets and close to the beaches. Overall a wonderful stay. The property owners are responsive and helpful the whole time.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.
