Spacious and grand single family home. Located in the premier community of the Grande at Canal Pointe. This home has everything to make your vacation stress free and memorable. From the open and modern kitchen, to the amble seating for the family to enjoy time together. The kitchen and living area are open and spacious with high ceilings making this space perfect for family time. In addition the first floor includes, two bedrooms and shared full bath as well as a master bedroom and master bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The owner has turned the front room into a children's area or study for those that may need to work while away. The second floor includes an additional bedroom, shared bathroom and bonus room. The bonus room is perfect for individuals of any age. The pool table, gaming station, card table, and closet full of endless toys make this the perfect home! If you enjoy the fresh air, the screened-in porch is perfect for relaxing or sharing time with the family member that will be barbecuing on the gas grill. Don't forget the families 4 legged member. Dogs are welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

The community is biking distance or a short drive to Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. With being less than 2 miles to the beach and boardwalk and the amble amount of restaurants and shops even closer, what more could you need? Did we mention the community pool, fitness center and tennis courts! This home is available for all seasons and holidays. Have you ever spent the holidays at the beach, maybe this year!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $282.00.

Very nice and roomy house for our family’s (7 of us our dog) annual Delaware beach vacation. Great pool and tennis court nearby, and very close to all the great restaurants on or near Rehoboth Avenue. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely porch in the back for morning coffee.

The house was very spacious and clean

The house was very nice and plenty of room for my family of 8, a family friend and 3 dogs. It was a short walk to the pool and not far from the beach and boardwalk. Any issues we had with the house was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you, Joseph for making sure our stay was a good one.

Great rental!

My family and I have stayed in the same neighborhood before and enjoyed the location. This home was as advertised and we found it to be in great condition. We ran into some maintenance issues (not the fault of the property management) and they were addressed promptly and with very good level of responsiveness from the property manager. Nothing negative I could say about my experience staying in this house.

Three Generations Family Beach Vacation

Three couples and our four grandchildren enjoyed the accommodations. It would have been nice to have a regular bed rather than a pull out sofa bed upstairs for the adults. The kitchen was spacious with lots of counter space. The refrigerator was a good size as well. The pantry shelves and some empty drawers were great for all our food and supplies. The laundry room was good to have as well. We enjoyed the screened back porch and the front seating for two.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time and plan on rebooking here. The rooms were perfect. Kitchen was great. Location even better. We had a minor issue with the kitchen sink that was promptly fixed! Can't say enough good things. I wish it was stocked with paper towels and toilet paper - that was prob my only issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A few notes and thoughts from our stay at your amazing beach house.First of all, we still love your house, this was our 3rd time back! It's been since 2019 since we last stayed here, but it's still perfect. We love the new paint! And we still love all the seating you have downstairs! Oh and our kids all now know how to play pool!There was confusion on trash day. The envelope our keys came in stated trash day was Tuesday and Friday. However, the paperwork on the paperwork on the counter stated it was Monday and Thursday. So we looked out on Monday and no other cans were out on the street, so we didn't put it out. However, trash went on Monday, and we missed it. Recommend getting with the property manager to sort out the guidance they publish.The screen on the back porch door was broken when we moved in. Recommend fixing it for future renters with dogs so they can have the dogs on the screened in porch without them being able to run out.Half the couch downstairs does not connect due to one of the brackets being broken.The front pool was closed due to a pump failure. So we used the back pool. Which was fine until we we greeted by a rule stickler who wouldn't let us in because we only had one pool fob (apparently there is only 6x people per fob rule).Our only recommendation is to add some kind of window coverings upstairs. Especially since the AC wasn't working properly(which you were aware of) and we were told to turn it off for a few hours on days that were almost 100 degrees outside. We have been repeat renters and not getting help on those days, was a bit disheartening. The upstairs was over 80 degrees when we we were trying to cool the house back down and put children to bed.

Lovely home in a perfect location

We loved everything that this house had to offer and the booking process. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the house- the floors were not cleaned behind the doors, there was blood on the bathroom molding when we arrived, and the patio furniture was filthy. The living room furniture (couch and ottoman) was also dirty and stained. The upstairs pool room was so much fun for the family and the location of the home Is perfect. We loved the pool and the friendly community. We would definitely stay here again!

They work together seamlessly to ensure super responsive guest services, courtesy scheduling for property maintenance -- they even asked my input on the brand new king and queen mattresses!!! Joe, Myles and the entire Coldwell team are located literally five minutes away, they're always there for us. Beautiful home, lovely community, super convenient to everything and best of all a quick ride to all the dog-friendly Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches! Thank you Coldwell Banker

Awesome location, needs new beds

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the house which felt safe and central and the neighbors were very friendly. The layout was also great for us and since we had a few rainy days, having the gameroom in an area separate from the living room was fabulous as we could actually carry on a conversation without all the noise from the children. We were also thrilled that there was a beach cart there to borrow. The downsides included that there wasn't a SINGLE square of toilet paper when we arrived. We'd brought some, but it immediately makes the stay feel cheap. Most of the overhead light switches were broken so you couldn't use the lights. The bathrooms need a deep clean. Finally, the King and Queen beds were so awful that I considered cutting our vacation short as my back was in so much pain. The mattresses are either 20+ years old, or have seen more than their fair share of action. They sag horrendously in the middle making 2 person-sized canyons that you feel you're falling into all night long and there is no support whatsoever. Overall, would stay there again if they replaced the beds, otherwise definitely not.
