- There is no dedicated off-street parking. However, there is a parking pass provided for 1 car for unlimited street parking. Please note that the parking pass must be left in the property after your stay to avoid a $500 charge.
- Charcoal BBQ - not a general BBQ (If you wish to use this, please bring your own charcoal and dispose of this safely)
- Feature fire place only - not for use.
-There have been some changes to the furniture and styling throughout the property since the photos were taken
- There is approx. 15 steps up to the apartment door.

Please note there are strictly no parties or gatherings at this property. L'Abode Accommodation reserves the right to decline any bookings if we believe the property will be misused. Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
