This ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront unit allows you to step directly from your patio onto Sanibel's lush tropical grounds, with the beach just a few steps away. Freshly renovated, Unit 1A1 features a sleek, modern interior designed to ensure your stay is as relaxing as it is unforgettable. The living room includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

For your added convenience, shared laundry facilities are available for guest use on the second floor of each building.

Loved Being So Close to the Beach

We had a really nice stay at Sandalfoot. The condo was simple, clean, and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the patio just enjoying the sound of the waves. The beach is right outside your door which is amazing! The area is quiet but still close enough to grab lunch or ice cream. Would definitely come back."

Great location and well updated oceanfront unit with good parking, proximity to beach and pool as well very close to lighthouse, magic bus, wikies, marina etc. the overall property was well kept, and we were mostly comfortable in the unit. The master bathroom was too small for a couple to spread out their things and be comfortable. Also the shower was dirty with many hairs and there were hairs stuck to towels and bedding. I reached out to the vrbo contact and on site management and I was assured a resolution would be provided but no one contacted me. Laundry being shared was also a negative for me, but it is my fault for not noticing that on the listing. On site front desk was friendly but one person told us we couldn’t park our rented golf cart on the property and was very adamant (even telling me it was quite strange for me to have rented a golf cart) despite their website encouraging visitors to rent golf carts and saying they could be parked in the assigned spot or guest parking. This created a few hours of useless stress for me as it was just fine parking the golf carts there. We had a fantastic trip and the condo provided a comfortable space, save the few nuisances above.

We also regret the confusion regarding golf cart parking and understand how frustrating that must have been during your vacation.
