Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Located on the second floor, this unit provides a front-row seat to Sanibel Island's breathtaking beaches, just steps away from your door. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee or winding down after a day of exploring, the sounds of the waves and the sight of the shimmering sea create the perfect backdrop for your stay.

Following a complete renovation, Unit 3A2 has been thoughtfully designed with modern amenities to make your visit as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The open-concept living space is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen, outfitted with sleek appliances and everything you need for cooking, is ideal for preparing island-inspired meals. Both bedrooms feature plush bedding and tranquil décor, ensuring restful nights so you can wake up refreshed and ready to embrace the day. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The one area for improvement was that the kitchen did not have any staples for use like salt, pepper or cooking oil. I'm sure others have left similar items behind. Most vacation rentals have had at least a few basics so guests didn't have to buy everything in order to use the kitchen. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped with tools and pots/pans.

Retreat was very clean, great location with close proximity to pool, beach, restaurants and stores. Able to shop and have needed supplies for all cooking and prep in the rental. Fully screened in patio for sitting, great spot for relaxing in the morning and evenings. Free laundry service available on same floor, no issues.

Would stay again. Maintenance was +++++

We had a great little vacation in Sanibel. The condo at Sandalfoot was very lovely and had every single you would need. The complex was nice. The pool was supposed to be heated - it was not, so that was disappointing. We had an issue with a shower drain and maintenance was prompt and fixed it without issue. I didn't love that some of our neighbors were constantly smoking outside (because we loved being to have the doors open 24/7) but other than the freezing cold pool, that's really the only complaint I have.

The location close to the beach was perfect.

The apartment was exceptional, super well-equipped with all the utensils and accessories you could need, and the location close to the beach was perfect. I have no complaints about that. My only real issue was with one of the bathrooms (the one with the bathtub). The drain was clogged, so the water wouldn't go down, and you ended up standing in soapy water up to your ankles while showering. Also, toilet paper wasn't replenished when it ran out, though that was minor. Overall a great place, just needs that bathroom fixed. In the bathroom, the water wouldn't drain, so you had to shower with your feet submerged in soapy water. Also, keep in mind they don't replenish toilet paper if it runs out.
