Newly renovated, the Flat Nook is equipped with a quality A H Beard Helsinki Queen Mattress for your sleeping comfort.

The kitchen facilities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, bar fridge, 3 burner stovetop, air fryer oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee maker. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals or if you prefer outdoor cooking there is a kettle barbeque on the verandah.

The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet and a small walk-in robe.

There is a High Definition Smart TV with access to Netflix, IView and SBS on Demand that can be viewed from the comfy couch in the lounge room or swing it around and watch it while in bed. Access to free Wi-Fi.

The lounge room has a 4 person table setting with a view out the window or if you prefer enjoy the ambience of beautiful nature sitting at the outdoor setting amongst the native garden.
