The Barrel House on Lake Texoma

Welcome to The Barrel House on Lake Texoma!!

The Barrel House is in a peaceful neighborhood on Lake Texoma. Just a few miles from Highport Marina (Main Marina) and many other marinas giving access to both sides of the lake as well as Tanglewood Resort and Golf Course. If you are looking for a Sandy Beach there is Island View just a few minutes down the road as well.

If booking on or over the weekend all guest must stay Friday and Saturday Nights. Guest can only check out Sunday thru Friday. You can message me about approving a Saturday Checkout depending on the time of year or how booked up the house is.

Other things to note
If you are bringing a boat/trailer instead of the coming down the hill like the directions will show please turn right at the top of the hill and circle around the neighborhood it makes it much easier to back the trailer into the driveway.

Nice place

The back yard was great for the dog. It is near the lake but you got to travel around a bit to access it because of private property l. I would recommend Denison dam park for fishing

Barrel House Base Camp

We used the Barrel House as base camp for some exploring and being close to family who live in the area. The house was clean and felt homey. Only thing was there was no foosball table as seen in the listing pictures. We used the fire pit and was happy overall with the location and area as it was safe and quiet!

It is located in an amazing area and theres many options when you need to or have forgotten something.We would have liked a booklet like most places have that tell us of things to do in the area since we are from out of state. The other thing was the cleaniness...you can tell they do a great job at cleaning what needs to be done but the home definitely needs some TLC, more and newer blinds for the windows and deep cleaning. If they do that then this place will definitely be 5 stars across the board. We still had an amazing time.

Family Christmas gathering

The house was nice and had plenty of room. We met with family in Texas to celebrate Christmas together. The house had a Christmas tree and stockings hanging, it was perfect for our needs. The host responded to all my queries promptly.

What a beautiful house! If you ever rent this place please go to the houses 1st, Jason beautiful house has everything you could need to cook to clean to relax. Best place to stay.

Amazing Host!

Jason is a great host! House was clean and was nice. Responds quick and has everything you need. Great location. It is very close to the lake and 15 min away from the city in case you need something. Will definitely come back!
