We had family in town and needed enough room for 8 people. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Loved the dog run for our pup. The game room was a huge hit for both grown ups and teenagers. Very close to Island View Park where we spent the day.

The main house was relatively clean; however, the downstairs had a distinct smell to it. The post did not explain that the game room, a bedroom and a bathroom were downstairs and you had to exit the main home to access that additional area. This was dangerous and cumbersome with children. Very disappointed in that. There were a few hand soaps and body washes that were empty. Also, many large spiderwebs on the children’s play area and outside stairs. I did reach out to the hosts twice with zero response. There was no book for guests to see what was around the area or check out instructions. Doors did not close all the way or stay closed, and some sinks did not drain properly. There was also a switch blade knife opened on top of the fridge downstairs. We ended up having a decent time, but very disappointed in the listings lack of information, communication and cleanliness.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you were still able to enjoy your stay, but we’re very sorry that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations. We take concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and communication very seriously. We are especially disappointed to hear that you had difficulty reaching us during your stay, as we always want our guests to feel that their concerns are being addressed promptly. We have reviewed the items mentioned, including the downstairs area, exterior stairs and play area, supplies, doors, sinks, and guest information, and are taking steps to address these concerns. We are also reviewing the listing description to make sure the layout and access to the additional downstairs area are clearly communicated to future guests. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve the property and the guest experience.

Hi there! I’ve always loved being near the water—there’s just something about it that brings people together and helps everyone slow down and enjoy the moment. That’s a big part of why I got into hosting.

I truly enjoy creating spaces where families and friends can relax, reconnect, and make great memories. Whether it’s a peaceful morning coffee on the deck, a fun weekend getaway, or a special celebration, I love knowing my home gets to be part of those experiences.

Hosting isn’t just a business for me—it’s something I genuinely care about. I’m always working to make sure your stay is comfortable, smooth, and memorable.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

One of the biggest reasons I chose this neighborhood is the peaceful, tucked-away feel while still being so close to the lake. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down—surrounded by mature trees, fresh air, and just enough elevation to catch glimpses of the water through the landscape.

What I love most is the setting itself. The large covered deck is perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening, especially with the breeze coming through the trees. Down below, the patio and fire pit area create a great space to gather, relax, and enjoy time with friends and family under the open sky.

There’s a quiet charm here—you’ll hear the birds, the wind in the trees, and not much else. It feels private and laid-back, but you’re still just minutes from the lake, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds.

This spot really captures what people come to Texoma for: space to unwind, connect, and enjoy the outdoors.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What really makes this property unique is how it brings together fun, relaxation, and space for everyone to enjoy.
The game room is a standout feature—perfect for all ages—with a shuffle ball table, arcade games, dartboard, and a comfortable lounge area to hang out and watch the game. It’s designed to be a place where everyone can unwind, compete, and make memories together.
Outside, the wrap-around decks give you multiple spots to relax, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, catching a sunset, or just taking in the peaceful surroundings. There’s plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the fresh air.
For families and pet owners, this property really shines. The dedicated dog run gives your pets a safe space to roam, while the kids’ play area makes it easy for little ones to stay entertained right at home.
It’s that combination of indoor entertainment, outdoor living, and thoughtful spaces for both kids and pets that makes this place feel more like an experience than just a stay.
