Location is excellent, the place itself is cute and comfortable. Lots of beach gear provided -- chairs, towels, toys, etc.

This was a great place to stay. The management company was excellent at helping with our needs. Condo was super clean. We always bring our own kitchen supplies and cooking supplies. We also always bring our owns towels. We try to be gracious quests is someone else's property.Quiet and comfortable. Great stay. Highly recommend especially for those with disabilities. Ground level and easy access.

Pet friendly and filled with everything u might need. Only issue was the tv had a bad connection and would buff for a long time. The location was awesome and the beach was beautiful. Thank you

The property was not ready at check in time. The cleaners were there till 20 minutes past check in which was 4pm. One room was not swept with beach sand on the floor. There were lids from drink containers on both night stands by the bed and an empty can of Mikes hard cider on a shelf. What really got us was we saw mice twice and when we called Meredith Lodging they asked for pictures in order to prove we saw them. It was handled very unprofessionally and we left two days early due to the mice.Meredith Lodging was terrible to deal with and very unpleasant and condescending toward us.

I'm very sorry about the late readiness and the cleaning oversights — that is unacceptable. We take reports of rodents seriously; asking for photos is a standard step so we can document the issue and share accurate information with pest-control professionals, not to question a guest’s report. After this incident we scheduled a professional pest inspection, strengthened our cleaning checklists, and are working with housekeeping to prevent such delays again. Love this place, have been here several times before. It's cute and comfortable and SUCH a good location! Comfy bed and a lot of beach supplies -- chairs, blankets, toys, etc. Not quite as clean this time as I've seen it before, mainly "deep clean" type things (burner pans, dusty corners, fingerprints on cabinet fronts). Still plan to come again, though.

great location on the beach. older unit with some repair needs. back door is access to the beach, and the key barely fits and works after much struggle. Main concern is that two days after we checked out, fraudsters called with all of our information from Meredith Corp. (the landlord) and almost got us to hand over control of our laptop to correct a "billing error'. Not sure we can trust Meredith, or VRBO with our data again.
