A quick text would have allowed us the opportunity to troubleshoot the TVs, inspect the faucet, and address any other concerns while you were still in residence. Your description of the master bed potentially being uneven or not properly situated on the frame is especially something we would have wanted to know about immediately. Had you contacted us, we would have gladly sent someone to inspect the bed and determine whether there was an issue that could be corrected during your stay. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the kitchen inventory and will review the items currently provided in the condo. While preferences regarding specific kitchen items and even coffee cup sizes can vary, we routinely evaluate guest feedback when considering additions or replacements. We provide guests with multiple ways to reach us during their stay specifically so that we can address concerns as they arise.
