We had a great stay here! Highly recommend to others. The place was very clean and as described. It was so nice being able to walk across to the beach. The beach was in a quieter area while still having restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do nearby. It was also easy to get to St. Pete Beach and downtown. Communication was easy and very friendly as well with the front office. Would definitely come back!

The photos do not do this property justice. The condo was extremely spacious. We did not “need” anything during our stay everything was provided. The location was great with easy beach access. Chairs were there for use as well as a clean off area for coming back from the beach. The beds and all of the furniture was extremely comfortable. The shower and water pressure was great. As well as spacious well lit bathrooms. All bedrooms included extra bedding and pillows. Washer and dryer on site was equipped with fast wash and fast dry cycles which was perfect for our large group. It is located in a great easy beach access but quiet area. There was not much road noise.

Super nice house, location and well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, the battery was out on the door lock system and it took us a couple of extra hours to get into the house (and check out is 10AM - a bit early IMO, most others are at least 11AM if not 12). The maintenance person was great, but this should not happen with a house the is paying a separate rental company/agency for. Also a ton of paperwork to fill out beyond VRBO with the rental company which is a pain. This should be a 5 star house.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the house, the location, and the well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciate your kind words about our maintenance team. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the door lock battery and delayed access to the home. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially at the start of your stay, and we agree that this should have been prevented. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can improve our inspection and maintenance procedures moving forward. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the additional paperwork and checkout time. Guest feedback like yours helps us evaluate ways to improve the overall experience. Thank you again for your honest review, and we’re glad you still saw the home’s potential to be a 5-star stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend with our extended family. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was reasonably stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Beach was wonderful and as an added bonus there was shade for a couple of hours in the morning (but if you are a sun worshiper you can just move a bit closer to the ocean for full sun). The beach chairs and cart to carry them to the beach were a real bonus! The pool was small and wasn’t appealing to us but everything else was so great we didn’t need it. The kids had a blast with the ping pong table in the garage. And wow—-there are a LOT of TVs. If you come in spring or fall the roof top porch would be amazing (too hot for us in summer). This is a great vacation rental and we highly recommend it.

Boujee on the Beach

This property was beautiful, modern decor, very clean, across the street from the beach. My family went for July 4th weekend. I booked this property, thinking we would be able to see fireworks from the rooftop area, but we were not able to see them from there. A 5 min walk across to the beach and we were able to see them. My family enjoyed the ping pong table, the pool, and the rooftop sitting area. My family also thought the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We had a great time!

Awesome Family Getaway

This rental was fabulous! Our family had an amazing experience. The house was extremely clean, the check-in and checkout process was seamless. The location was near all of the places we wanted to go to. The kitchen was nice, spacious, and had everything we needed. Access to the beach and pool was unmatched. This house was supplied with everything we needed and more. The superstar of the visit was the elevator which was useful for the senior citizens of our group. All ages from the youngest to the oldest enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back again.

The house is truly amazing. Clean, nice beds, great comfy chairs, etc. it was an easy walk across to the beach (just one block walk). And outfitted with great things. We did have some commutation issues though as they use a rental company that is only open 9-5. Example: We were using the pull out room which had no sheets - and since it was past 5, had to wait until the next day and just had to make do (we were a group of professional adults so that wasn’t fun). That room also has a very noisy with hot water heater that clanked and went off at all times of the night.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home, found it clean and comfortable, and appreciated the easy walk to the beach and all the amenities. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the pull-out bed and the difficulty reaching the rental company after hours. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait until the next day for sheets, and we’re addressing this with our management team to ensure better after-hours support moving forward. We also appreciate your feedback about the hot water heater noise in that room—our maintenance team is already looking into it so future stays are more comfortable. We truly value your input and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother, fully enjoyable stay. Thank you again for staying with us.

This property was spectacular!Immaculately clean, roomy, comfortable and quite modern. We used all the bedrooms for our party of 8 adults and everyone had the room and privacy they needed.Everyone remarked that the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms provided the essentials that you would expect. The kitchen was also very well stocked with essentials, but we needed a moment to figure out how to properly operate some of the modern appliances. The roof-top open space was spectacular, and we made use of it at every opportunity when it wasn't too hot. This space was roomy and very comfortable, with a great view of the ocean, and gorgeous sunsets. The garage was so clean and roomy!! This was wonderful because we rented a Jeep Wagoneer, a vehicle large enough to comfortably seat 8 with extra room for cargo, and we got in and out of the garage easily. We used towels, chairs and the cart/wagon in the garage to go out to the beach and that was lovely, too. We never used the pool, so I can't say much about it except it was extremely convenient to get to and looked very nice. It just didn't fit with our schedule on this trip. The ELEVATOR!! OMG, we loved the elevator. It was especially helpful for moving luggage on move-in day and move-out day!The only issues we encountered related to Ceiling fan remote controls and TV remote controls, but these were very minor issues.Bottom line, I can't say enough about this property. We are happy we decided to rent here.
