Enjoy a stylish experience with endless ocean views from this centrally located brand new luxury private rooftop suite. A stone’s throw from the beach…golf, hike, explore, shop and dine. All are within easy walking distance. Relax with a glass of wine on your private 700 sqr ft patio while listening to the waves and enjoy incredible sunsets….or enjoy the ever changing views by the cozy fireplace through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Seals, whales and eagles are favourites to spot!

This unit features a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and induction cooktop. Enjoy ocean views, sunsets and sunrises from your separate bedroom with comfy King bed. The full spa like bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower. Other amenities: washer/dryer, 65” tv with cable, wifi, off street parking and private access.

Note:this is a top floor unit and hosts live on lower floor. Access/space are private-the driveway is shared. Not wheelchair accessible

What a great place. We were impressed from the moment we arrived by meeting our hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed including the heated bathroom floor that was apprecaited in December. Although it was December, we could not resist the view so we had coffee on the rooftop deck. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The property is beautifully located with a straight on view of the ocean. It is fully equipped for our needs and very comfortable and clean. We loved that it is within walking distance to a very nice restaurant, the town and golf course. We will stay there the next time we are in Qualicum Beach.

We could not be happier with our stay, when you open the door and see the panoramic view you know you picked the right place. Everything went smoothly, we used Waze for driving directions and it brought us to the driveway. Will rent again if back in the area.

Spectacular!

The flat is brand new, well-furnished, with a very comfy bed, and a spectacular deck and view. We loved that we could walk to the beach in minutes, and just up to the hill to the shops. And Conny was so helpful. We definitely hope to visit again!

Wonderful luxury break

From booking all the way through to check out our stay has been perfect.We enjoyed the beautiful property not just because of the amazing sea views but also the serene peaceful layout and living space. What a joy to stay here!The finishing touches such as soft luxury bed sheets and linens are great too.The location is good with easy access to the town and very easy walk to the beach and sea.Host is wonderful.Definitely would like to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this suite! It was very modern, super clean, well-stocked, and incredibly relaxing. The amazing view, which we could fully appreciate by opening the huge sliding doors, was definitely a highlight. We also appreciated the comfortable bed, the great towels, and the ability to control the AC.The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see. Your communication from beginning to end was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant.We would highly recommend this VRBO to others!

Cornelia's place is absolutely amazing - the views from the rooftop patio are spectacular, the apartment itself is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The property is located within short driving distance to city center and many nice beaches, as well as short walking distance to an area with shore access for swimming. The golf course across the road gets visiting deer, which are lovely, and there are hummingbirds and bunnies around the property. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Amazing view, amazing hosts!

As I stay at a lot at Vrbo, this was a special view of the Pacific Ocean…… unbeatable! The owners were amazing, Conny set up our trip and was great……. Steve the owner and builder of the house was a super guy and built these two houses that you would find in a high end neighbourhood anywhere.Thanks to the family , wonderderful people.Thanks for the stay, we are coming back no matter what! Thank guys!

Beautiful ocean views - and private

Expansive and up to date suite on the upper floor of a fairly new house. Huge deck overlooking the ocean. Near the Island highway so some traffic noise but the angle is such that you can’t see cars or pedestrians. You can enjoy the ocean views either sitting on the sunny deck or, if it’s cool or rainy, sitting inside in front of the fire, looking through the huge sliding glass windows.
