Hi there, We've followed up with the property manager, and they wanted to share their response: -We’re glad you had an overall great stay and enjoyed the home’s convenient location near your event. It’s wonderful to hear you would stay with us again. -We apologize that the door entry code was sent later than expected. While we work to provide access details as soon as possible on check-in day, occasional delays can happen. We appreciate your feedback as we continue working to improve the guest experience.
