Welcome to Golfview Resort, a beautifully appointed property next to the Gatlinburg Golf course, located in Pigeon Forge right off Dollywood lane. The resort is just minutes from Dollywood theme parks and local Pigeon Forge attractions. The resort features a beautiful outdoor pool area with hot tub (open seasonally) & indoor heated pool for swimming and is open year round.

Our condominium offers the following for our guests :

‱ 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms - The master bedroom features a king bed and a large private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed and is next to the hallway full bathroom. Linens and towels provided.

‱ A spacious open concept living area, a dining area that seats 6, & front/rear patios for relaxing outdoors.

‱ A fully-stocked kitchen complete with dishes, pots/pans, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Features both Keurig & traditional coffee makers.

‱ TVs in each bedroom which feature basic cable with a Smart TV located in the living room with a DVD player

‱ A private washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.

The hosts are amazing and communicate with you from the time you book. We have stayed here twice now, and the condo has been clean, beautifully decorated, and it feels like home. The location is perfect.

Wonderful place! It was very roomy for our crew and the beds were very comfortable. Jared and Molly communicated with us through the whole process. They thought of everything too- we had enough trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, etc to last our stay. It was great that we didn’t have to buy those things just for the 3 days we were there. We will definitely stay again!

Condo was clean and spacious. Nice location close to the strip but far enough away you get the mountain atmosphere. Master shower was great. Indoor heated pool was refreshing and sauna was also nice to enjoy. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room and dining table. The back yard was also nice to enjoy for the kids. Owners communication was excellent as well. They even checked up making sure we settled in to our stay ok and if any problems arose to contact them (which non did).

Fabulous condo!

Condo was even nicer than the photos. Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Hosts provided everything we needed and then some. Great communication with all necessary information. Close to parkway and all attractions, restaurants and shopping yet a quiet location. Great pool and parking as well. Highly recommend this condo and the hosts. Make your reservation and I guarantee you will love it as much as we did!

Great Space and Location!

We had a great stay at Golf View. We have used this condo before and do plan on using it again. We love that it fits our family and has plenty of living and dining space. Everyone gets their own bathroom which is nice and its in a great location whether you are going to dollywood or the main strip you are right there in the middle of it.

From the moment we booked this condo I was excited to visit the area. Everything about this place looks amazing.The week before our stay I got all the info needed to check in. We arrived and it was even better than advertised. The entire condo was perfect! Enough beds for everyone! The bedrooms were so nice with a bathroom for each. The beds were so comfortable! I decor in all the rooms was very nice too! Even had dressers and closets that you can unpack all your clothes.The kitchen, table, and living room were all very cozy. We didn't cook anything but used the fridge and kitchen items. The kitchen was very well stocked with nice dishes! The kitchen table ended up being a catch-all for all our souvenirs but it was very pretty and well made! The living room furniture was very comfy and the blankets and fireplace were nice for the chilly nights!It was also nice to be able to sit outside in the front of the condo or the back of the condo. The views were amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and also I hope to rent it again!The hosts were very nice and helped when the tv remote wouldn't work. They replied so fast! They were great!

We have owned rental property in Pigeon Forge since 2011. We recently sold two 5-star properties owned in Pigeon Forge to purchase the Golfview condo and another close by. We love to visit PF with our kids and take it easy. We think it is a great place for families and couples to relax, have fun and unwind. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we have!

We love the high ceilings and roominess of this property. Having a patio on ground level is especially nice. The Golfview Resort's location is so convenient to just about everything! An added bonus...the indoor pool, the gorgeous outdoor pool area, outdoor grill area and sauna!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We like having the Parkway, Veterans Blvd and Teaster so close at hand. It's great to have the store/restaurant right across the street when you want to grab dinner and stay in. The new Food City on Teaster is very convenient for food shopping too! We are located almost perfectly between Sevierville & Gatlinburg, as well.
