The property is situated close to the popular wedding venue Flaxton Gardens, just a four-minute drive from Montville village, and within walking distance to the picturesque Kondalilla Falls National Park.

And the hinterland area is renowned for its fresh produce - visit a winery, a craft brewery or a local dairy. There’s plenty to experience in the area!

Other Things to Note:
The property is not ideal for young children. There is the obvious danger of a hot fireplace, plus the risk of falls off the deck if young children climb the balustrading, and the property is not fully fenced.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
