The Frangipani Farm - un hébergement de luxe sur la Sunshine Coast

Un superbe Queenslander contemporain de conception architecturale dans un emplacement de prestige sur la Sunshine Coast - la maison parfaite pour que votre famille soit ensemble, un endroit pour partager avec d'autres familles ou un moment pour des amis pour profiter de la compagnie ensemble. Parfaitement installé pour une escapade avant et après le mariage, des événements spéciaux et des célébrations à quelques minutes de la plage mais avec la sérénité de l'arrière-pays.

La maison est située sur la Sunshine Coast Frangipani Farm - la plus grande ferme de frangipaniers d'Australie. Si vous souhaitez réserver pendant la saison des frangipaniers, le pic de floraison se situe entre la mi-octobre et mars.

La grande maison a une magnifique terrasse enveloppante offrant une vie intérieure-extérieure à son meilleur et vous permettant de profiter des vues magnifiques sur la ferme de frangipaniers et la campagne environnante. La maison est équipée d'un barbecue, d'un foyer, d'un court de tennis sur gazon et d'une piscine avec une variété de sièges extérieurs idéaux pour se divertir.

La maison est entièrement autonome et la cuisine joliment aménagée est un rêve pour cuisiner et se divertir dans - grand banc de l'île avec des sièges, réfrigérateur / congélateur à double porte, grand four double, réfrigérateurs de bar, machine à café, mix-master, ustensiles de cuisine, agrafes de garde-manger et vaisselle et couverts.

En plus des grands espaces de divertissement extérieurs, il y a également deux espaces de vie, une salle à manger et une bibliothèque. Il existe une importante collection de livres, de DVD et de CD, de puzzles et de jeux de société. Téléviseurs à grand écran plat, wifi, système stéréo Bluetooth ainsi que l'accès à Netflix, Stan et Apple TV (nécessite simplement vos propres informations de connexion).

La maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 10 personnes. La grande chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain avec grande penderie. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et les troisième et quatrième chambres ont deux lits simples king size, tandis qu'un canapé-lit dans la bibliothèque est également disponible. La maison dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage canalisés ainsi que de ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres. Il y a aussi une buanderie entièrement équipée avec machine à laver et sèche-linge.

Profitez des 14 acres de terrain - il y a une grande pelouse sur laquelle jouer (croquet et boules fournis), un court de tennis sur gazon (raquettes et balles de tennis fournies), foyer, verger et promenade jusqu'au ruisseau. Beaucoup de stationnement sur la propriété pour les bateaux et les jetskis.

À seulement une heure au nord de Brisbane, à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport de Sunshine Coast, des plages locales, de Mooloolaba, d'Ocean Street et de Sunshine Plaza, à 25 minutes de Montville et à 35 minutes de Hastings Street à Noosa. Près des marchés d'Eumundi, de l'usine de gingembre, du zoo d'Australie, du mont Coolum, du mont Ninderry et des terrains de golf et des plages locaux.

Fabulous location and property

The facilities in and outside this property made our stay one of the best holidays we have had on the Sunshine Coast. The perfect getaway

This is a beautiful spacious home that easily housed our grown up family, grandparent and friends with room to spare.Whilst the weather was good we enjoyed the pool, some played golf and some just walked around the frangipani farm and when it rained games on the deck.The owners were great,responsive but gave us our space.The house is pretty much 10 mins from everything,perfect!Great stay!

Absolutely divine!!

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect location for our girls weekend away. As a large group, we were so comfortable; beds are like clouds and the linen, towels and amenities are of high quality. Lots of on-site activities, well kept gardens and breakout spaces - this house and property is huge! Perfect family get away

The Frangipane Farm was a truly spectacular place to stay. Perfect for a large family gathering, so much for the kids to do, clean large rooms with a well kitted out kitchen, beautiful grounds. Has everything you could need. Emma was such a welcoming host, great communication, welcome gift and generous touches made it all the more special. Wish we had longer so we could have made more use of the tennis courts and pool but there’s so much to do and so many great beaches so close. Will have to come back!

Beautiful and Memorable!

We loved our stay at Frangipani Farm and would go again in a heartbeat. It was the perfect space to relax and unwind with our family, with plenty to do if you felt active (tennis, golf, swimming, activities etc) or areas to switch off and read, play a board game or watch a movie. The kitchen had everything you could dream of, everything was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfy. Perfect place to access coast or hinterland...but feels so peaceful and secluded. Gorgeous property with everything you'd ever need!

We loved this property. Lots of outdoor space & activities (tennis court, golf chipping hole, fire pit, 12 hole par 3 golf course, lovely front lawn, swimming pool) to keep everyone happy. We had grandparents & 2 families and there were enough rooms and areas not to be on top of one another. It was the middle of winter when we visited but still a wonderful place to be. The house was clean, had everything you'd ever need and Emma & Brenden were so helpful and lovely. Couldn't recommend more. We'll be back!

Lovely family get away

We loved staying at the Frangipani farm house which was very comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for a pre xmas family get away. There was plenty of room to accomodate 8 adults and two children and the dog without feeling cramped and on top of one another. Emma even put up a xmas tree which was a lovely touch. The pool out from the large deck was just what we needed in the heat and the deck was a great spot to enjoy lunch and watch several big storms roll in. Emma was a wonderful host, communication was prompt and we all would love to come back one day...Thanks for sharing your property with us Emma..!

The perfect getaway

We had an amazing 2-night stay at The Frangipani Farm. The check-in process was easy, Emma (the host) provided everything we needed (plus more that we didn't think about) and was very communicative since the day we booked. There was plenty of activities and room for our party (6 adults and 3 children) to all enjoy themselves - golf, firepit, walks around the property, games etc. There were no complaints from a single person, the property is beautiful and was the perfect little getaway four our family holiday. Only thing to note - we went on a particularly cold weekend, and the house was really cold in the mornings (only drawback of a beautiful Queenslander) - there are plenty of blankets etc, but not a bad idea to pack some slippers to keep feet warm! Thank you so much Emma for providing us with the perfect spot for our first family vacation in years, we'll definitely be back!

In 2010 we built our family home here on The Sunshine Coast Frangipani Farm. We designed and built the house to capture the beautiful location and outlook. We love entertaining so the house incorporates a large kitchen and outdoor deck that give us wonderful indoor-outdoor living. In 2018 we decided to set up the house as a luxury holiday rental. We are delighted to now offer the house for holiday rentals so other people can enjoy this piece of paradise.
