Every room had a view and the views were amazing. We had 4 couples in the house and it was fantastic! But very suitable for several children in addition to 8 adults. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Multiple coffee makers.

The views from the house were stunning, and it was a short walk to a private beach. The location was convenient, with only a short drive to restaurants, beaches and shops. The house was clean with fresh linens provided. After our first night, we were impressed that the host checked in to see how things were going. Overall weenjoyed our stay.

First, some warnings:* The "private beach" is nice for a quick walk out to, but it was along a stagnant cove, and I don't think it's somewhere you would want to spend any amount of time at, let alone swim. *The host will make you sign up for their own website once you book, which is a major red flag as I was not able to easily unsubscribe from their emails afterward, and it also hid additional communications from VRBO. Thankfully we did not have any issues with the property itself. * The upstairs bedroom has an angled ceiling above the bed, and it is very easy to hit your head on it as the cieling is only a couple feet tall near the head of the bed.Positives:* The property itself was great for hosting many people with lots of space to spread out and plenty of rooms. * The views from the two balconies were great, and the kitchen had everything we needed.* Very quick drive to downtown Chatham

Amazing views from the deck! We enjoyed our stay and watching the sky and the boats were a nice part of it. The "private beach" was unmarked and we had to feel our way to it, but eventually did. September is lovely there, but it isn't really a swimmable beach that time of year. I'm not sure it's swimmable even in the height of summer - more for boating.The house is nice, but fairly dated. I'm reaching out to the manager to let them know about some correctable issues we encountered.
