We had a great stay! House was beautiful and truly a quick walk from the beach. We even found some beach chairs in the shed which was a nice surprise!

The house was conveniently located walking distance to a great beach. Nice private yard and quiet. The rooms were spacious enough with a nice layout and nicely appointed, not overdone.

The property is really lovely, clean, well appointed and great location. Worth noting that the bedroom with the private bath has a full size bed so the "master" with the king has a shared bathroom but honestly it was fine. The decor is lovely. The screen porch is really fantastic and the yard was great...fire pit, a great outdoor shower and it seemed that there were lots of beach items in the shed...I brought my own beach chairs and umbrella as I wasn't sure if there would be any but it seems there are. It was a little pricey for off season but we needed the space for a family wedding as we were hosting the grandmother and I have a large family. I would definitely stay at this lovely home again but off season and I'd request a later than 9am checkout. The check-in is late (4pm) and the checkout time is early but that would be my only "complaint." But I still would say this is definitely a 5 star rental.

Fabulous house only steps to the beach. Great outdoor space too! The house was super clean and well stocked. Easy and prompt communication with the rental agency. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a girls gathering in this spacious perfectly clean home. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely consider booking again!!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

It was incredibly challenging to find a rental for only a weekend on the Cape until I found out about Del Mar. This property was PERFECT!! The photos are very pretty but the place is even prettier in person. The whole house is decorated with a nautical theme and the location was amazing. It is walking distance from a beautiful beach and there are many bars/restaurants a short drive away. Aside from location, the rental was extremely clean and safe. Would love to stay here again some time!

October Harwichport wedding stay

We needed a nice spot for a family of 10 to stay for our son's wedding. This home met all of our needs from plenty of bedrooms to a wonderful outdoor space. We were told that renting the property is still a "work in progress" so the following are observations, not complaints. Some sort of sheet with operating directions for the equipment in the house, e.g. the Nest heat/ac device would have been helpful, how to keep the door from having to be opened only by code every time you went out, and the outdoor timed light came on at least 2 hours after dark and did not turn off until 3 a.m. Minor in conveniences, but I felt they should be mentioned as our stay was not inexpensive. The intimidating rule of the house regarding "day" guests was not one I really understood the reasoning for. We would have second thoughts about renting the home in the summer due to the strict rule of no "day" guests allowed due to exceeding occupancy rules. All in all a very nice stay Thank you for a beautiful and clean space.

Family of five had a wonderful stay! the house seems recently renovated and is in pristine condition. Very spacious. One the the best rentals we have stayed at anywhere. Kitchen very well appointed and plenty of actually usable cookware. Down the road is Red river beach which is nice, expansive and has clean rest rooms. Beach yoga on red river beach daily 0730 (20).

Beach convenience and great layout

We had a lovely stay. Communication from rental company was great. I appreciate they asked for feedback. House layout and setup is great for any size and can’t beat the short walk to the beach.

Great home great location

We had and outstanding two weeks at this beautiful home. We had adults the first week and young kids a second week. The home was so accommodating with everything we needed. It was missing an umbrella for the outdoor table. When we requested one it was there in the morning. Del Mar was great. Hope to come back again next year.
