This 4 level split home offers ample space to relax and unwind. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac ensuring a safe and tranquil atmosphere. In the upper level you will have your own Master Bedroom with king size bed, an e-suite with large standing shower & heated tiles, and dual closet for your comfort and convenience. You have 2 extra generous sized bedrooms with a queen bed and a double bed, a common full washroom.
In the lower level you will find 4th bedroom with king size bed. This bedroom also has direct backyard access, just in case you want to sneak-out. This can be used as home office if needed. There a game room with sliding patio door leading to patio and backyard. A laundry area and a common full washroom completes this level.
In the basement there is a dedicated home theater room with huge 120 inch projector screen and surround sound for you to enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows. There is a double bed as well if you get lazy watching movies or tired to go upstairs or want your kids sleep while you watch your favorite movie or TV show. There is also a dedicated play area for smaller kids.

Security Camera: Exterior security cameras are installed for security reasons, as the property is unsupervised once the guests leave. These are exterior cameras only. Please be assured that, there are NO indoor camera or recording devices. There will NOT be any compromise on your stay. Exterior Camera includes Video Doorbell at front door, security camera at front of the house and at the backyard.

• Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM. Check-out Time: Before 11 AM • NO SMOKING / NO VAPING / NO DRUGS / NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF ANY KIND • NO EXTRA GUESTS / NO VISITORS / NO PARTIES / NO EVENTS / NO PETS • For safety reasons, only the registered guests are allowed. In some circumstances visitors or additional guests may be allowed. However, details of additional guests or visitor MUST be provided and consent from the host MUST be obtained. Additional charges may be applied per extra guest or visitor. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Volume of Soundbar and Home Theater MUST be sensible and appropriate. Volume MUST be lowered specially at night. • Vehicles MUST be parked on driveway or on street in front of the house within the property line. Please DO NOT park in front of the neighbor’s house or driveway. • The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly; neighbors MUST NOT be disturbed for any reason. • Complaints from the neighbors WILL be taken seriously, be it noise, parking, or any other reasons. • The property is NOT wheelchair accessible. • Only BBQ Grill is provided. Please bring your own portable propane gas tank to use it. • Housekeeping & Maintenance Rules MUST be followed at check-in, during your stay and at check-out. • Hot Tub Rules MUST be followed throughout your entire stay. • Reservation may be cancelled without refund, if violated.

I had a great experience. The house was easy to navigate. Large bed rooms with a beautiful loaded kitchen, living room, dinning setup. Host was very helpful. The house was in a Beautiful area 15 minutes from downtown but couldn't tell. All in all I had a great experience with it all from the great bedrooms and the hot tub in beautiful back yard. To the game room and awesome theater room. Could not ask for better.

Weekend Stay
Very clean home - was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Adults enjoyed the sunny backyard in the evening and the teen boys made great use of the nearby basketball court.

The house was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making cooking so much easier.
Our favorite part of the house was the hot tub—it was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of adventure.
We couldn't have asked for anything better, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay.

The house was very nice, lots of space for myself and the family. It is located in a nice neighborhood and easy to get in and out of. The house has been well maintained and is kept clean and tidy. There are always things a person can pick at but overall it was good. Some minor items I would have liked to have seen- tv in the master bedroom- backyard could use some cleanup ( I do understand it is early in the season)Like I said they are minor. I would certainly stay there again and the host Duli is very responsive to communications. Duli was great to deal with and provided what was needed in a timely manner. Overall, certainly a place I recommend to others.

Stay at Copperfield
Very impressed by the cleanliness of the house and provided items such as kitchen and bathroom utilities. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you and apologies about accidentally leaving the door unlocked overnight.

Home in the SE suburb with park close by. Big open kitchen dining table area. Stocked with the basics and a couple treats-chips and granola bars were a pleasant surprise. Easy check-in.

We like the location and the property. the showers could have been cleaner - we cleaned them before use and I would recommend that you change out the shag carpet in the living area - it is too hard to clean this type of carpet. We also thought we would be able to barbecue however there wasn't any propane with the barbecue.

I will ask my housekeeper to thoroughly inspect it after every clean. I am really sorry that you were not able to do the BBQ, I had already mentioned in my House Rules that only the BBQ grill is provided and guests need to bring of rent the propane gas tank. Since the property is unsupervised once the guests check-out, I have removed the propane gas tank from outdoor space for safety reasons.

Great location and accommodation for families! We came with our grandkids to visit the Calgary Zoo; this home, located in a quiet resendential area was a good choice!Games room with a foozball and air hockey table were well loved! Enjoyed the sauna as well! While the home was overall clean, we felt cleaning standards could be raised which would bring our rating to a 5! Under toe kicks and room corners had crumbs/a few items upon arrival. Shower curtain is too long in the lower level shower trapping debris. Clean bedding had been left in the dryer. This is a lovely home in a good location; it would be a total 5 star with a a bit more attention to the final clean. Communication with host was always quick; really appreciated the quick responses!
