This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring large closets for plenty of storage. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, while the third offers a cozy queen bed. A bonus sleeping space in the living room includes a full/queen-sized pull-out bed on the large sectional, providing extra accommodations. The guest bathroom is beautifully designed with a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower and a single sink vanity.

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with a comfortable seating arrangement and a 65-inch Smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a Cuisinart 12-cup coffee maker with a single-serve brewer. An oversized island provides plenty of space for meal prep, making cooking and gathering effortless.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where a heated pool awaits just steps away from the boat dock and lift. While the boat lift is not available for guest use, guests are welcome to tie off from the dock, though we are not responsible for any damages. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a brand-new grill on the patio, an oversized deck with a dining table and chairs for meals together, and comfortable lounge furniture surrounding a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

Additional conveniences include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer located in the garage. The home also offers parking for up to three cars. Ideally located within close distance to Times Square, guests can enjoy shopping, dining, and live entertainment just minutes away. Beach Access #30 is a quick five-minute walk across Estero Boulevard, making it easy to enjoy the white sand beaches of Fort Myers Beach.
