Pets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.

Comfortable house for a large group

The most equipped kitchen that I ever saw! Good communication with the owner. Great walkable restaurants nearby. The decoration is eclectic but it’s OK! The hot tub was clean and welcome at the end of the days.

What a great family-friendly property. My kids loved the hot tub and the outdoor games (bowling, badminton). There were lots of thoughtful touches - plenty of towels, extra blankets and a very well stocked kitchen. I also very much appreciated the quick response of the hosts for a few questions that came up during our stay.

There’s a reason this is a 5 star superhost property. Exactly as described, comfortable beds and common spaces. The scenic outdoor areas added so much. Generously appointed, no skimping on cutlery, dishes, towels, TP etc. Felt well taken care of.Excellent location, walking to trailheads, bike shop, restaurants and grocery, saving a lot of time away from traffic. Communicative, prompt and honest hosts sealed the deal. I’d highly recommend staying here and would stay again. Thank you.

We were in Sedona for a family wedding and this house was perfect location and size for our 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 9-15). We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill and Blackstone. We enjoyed playing badminton (didn't set up the net), corn hole and just relaxing on the patio. Trails for hiking were close by, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed card games and the relaxing layout inside Tiger5Ranch! The host was great with communicating and Nancy across the street was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our family

Location was great and Arthur was a good communicator. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this property for another visit. Walgreens was 4 minutes away and numerous restaurants too.

Wonderful rental

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with direct access to the Airport hiking trail. The home was in the perfect central location for all of the hiking we wanted to do around Sedona. We all loved using the hot tub and playing the yard games at night. We had four adults and four children staying at the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Our boys loved sleeping out in the casita
 it was like a clubhouse for them. We also loved using the outdoor grill and eating dinner on the patio. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great property!

The pictures and description of this house are accurate. The house is well stocked and supplied. The living space is comfortable and the owner very responsive to any questions. The location is excellent. You will leave feeling as though you stayed at a friend’s house.

Family Fun

This property is fantastic for family fun! We thoroughly enjoyed all the house had to offer - yard games, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, tv & living room, card games, books, comfy beds, and great communication with the host and his team. Property was clean and cozy, beautiful view, felt very safe.

Nice house

The house was clean. The kitchen was fine. The stove igniters were concerning but the manager said not to worry about them clicking when I lit the stove. We did need to keep on top of dishes because there were not a lot of silverware or bowls for our large group. The beds were comfy and bedding was good. Lots of towels and blankets. The cement floors were cold so definitely bring slippers! There were a lot of rugs but they moved around.

Fantastic for 40!

I rented this property to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends from across the US. We had a group of 17 people enjoying the property over our 4 night stay. Some folks stayed in their own rentals or hotel rooms but we used Tiger 5 of a home base. The house is roomy, comfortable, and the decor is fun, unique, and welcoming. We used the grill and Blackstone as well as the VERY well-equipped kitchen for "family" dinners and breakfasts. The big dinning table inside and the two tables outside really allowed us to mingle and relax. We did have javelina visitors one night but were able to spend most nights in the backyard looking at the stars. The location of the property was also perfect - within a neighborhood but easy to access all of the hikes and fun areas of Sedona. FYI - there are two rooms with bunkbeds (an oversight on my part) so we could have had a few more folks stay with us but honestly, this was the perfect house for an incredible birthday weekend. Thanks, Billy, Tiger, and your team!

Perfect size for our big family!

This house was a great place for our family reunion. The spacious kitchen and large table and living area allowed for memorable family meals. The kitchen was above and beyond equipped with all we needed. We were too busy hiking and golfing to take full advantage of the outdoor kitchen and games provided. Our adult kids enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be interested in staying here again when in Sedona.

Big enough for the whole family

Very nice house. Tucked away but close to everything. Felt very private. House is segmented so my little ones and I slept in one area, older son and wife slept out in the she-shed. Girls stayed in bunk beds and my parent's had the main room. 3 bathrooms came in handy with so many people. Also the house is sound proof. I was only a couple feet away, but had no idea others were up and eating breakfast! Grill area was amazing. Highly recommend!

Take it easy

Loved our stay at Tiger5! The house fit two families (5 kids and 4 adults) perfectly. There was space for everyone to stretch out, plenty of games around the house to keep the kids entertained between hikes/outings, and just a short walk to food/groceries. The property owners are very easy to work with and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are clear with all the house instructions so you are not second guessing things. Airport Mesa was just a short drive or walk/hike and was convenient to watch the moon rise at night. We would gladly stay here again!

Great family place!

Everything from walking in the door until leaving was amazing. We came for a wedding and picked the place for location and family friendly feel. It meet every criteria we had plus more. We had other visit us and even complimented the place. I would recommend and large or extended family to stay at this home. The owners were prompt with amazing any silly questions I had and even checked in with us during the stay, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Girls adventure trip

Great Stay

We greatly enjoyed our time at this property. It is rustic but comfortable. Lots of good quality beds for a large group. We had six adults (three couples) and our five teenage kids. We were pleased the kids all had their own beds in different parts of the property. The house is in a great neighborhood that is quieter and less congested than the uptown area. it is a lovely area to walk around in at night and it’s close to many hiking trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host were accessible, polite, and always quick to respond to emails or texts.

Fabulous Family Thanksgiving Get Together

This was our families annual Thanksgiving get away. Six adults and six kids, and this property was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room for sleeping, kids playing outside, close proximity to grocery stores, resturaunts and lots and lots of hiking trails. The property had lots of different games for inside and outside playing, plus a great outside kitchen/eating area, as well a great variety of inside kitchen appliances. Host was readily available and quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Would deffinetely recommend for anybody looking to enjoy the Sedona area.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

It's the largest piece of dirt in Grasshopper flats (best location in all of Sedona if you ask me) and I just had to have it. Over the coming years I'll add more of my heart and creative soul to this property including a sand-volleyball-pit, a pool and more. Most lots in Sedona just don't have the size to have a decent vision.... but not Tiger 5 ;).

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Walk to everything. Once you get here, ditch the car! Grab a backpack for a store run at the end of the hike and you are golden. I've also the coolest neighbours around. Walk to trails, shopping and dining... It's just a super great little street just far enough away from the highway so you don't hear a thing but close enough that you can walk to bars and food and shopping. It's bliss!
