Guest Access:
Retrieve the key from the lockbox at the building entrance, use it to access the building, then enter your apartment using the provided door code.

- Bed and bath linen are provided - so you can pack light!
- Parties and group events are strictly prohibited.
- Pool is shared within the complex -the pool is not heated.
- BBQ area is shared and located near the pool.
- 2 flights of stairs from the front entrance to the apartment (3 flights from the car park) – a great way to get your steps in!
Neighbourhood Note: There is currently construction at the end of the street so you may hear some noise from 6.30 am Mon to Sat. I am always happy to answer questions before you book.
- If you’d like a mid-stay clean and fresh linen during your stay, please ask and I can arrange this for you. For stays of 28 nights or more, a clean and linen change is required every 14 days so the property stays fresh, comfortable and well cared for. Additional charges apply.

Before you arrive, please ensure you complete the following:
Complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and adds extra protection for both you and the property. Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text for verification.
Choose your damage protection: Select between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus a $15 admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver for $50.
Agree to and sign our rental agreement to make sure everything is in order before your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Spring Hill property in Brisbane City. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the home was very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect—so convenient for accessing everything the city has to offer. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
