Experience the ultimate convenience in this centrally located 2 bedroom apartment with gorgeous views and an epic rooftop pool! In-house gym, parking, and a beautiful foyer to welcome you home. Located in the middle of the CBD itâs close to many restaurants, bars, cafes and also just next to the river, offering gorgeous walking paths and nearby parks.
The Space:
This compact yet airy modern apartment is an absolute gem with the best rooftop pool in Brisbane!
Both bedrooms come with comfortable queen beds and stunning panoramic viewsâone even offers views over the river!
The living room has further panoramic views and the balcony overlooks the river. As itâs an open plan kitchen and lounge, even the kitchen comes with a view!
The apartment boasts two luxurious bathrooms with spacious showers. The lounge can be used as an extra bedroom as it has an extremely comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two.
The building itself is ultra modern and offers a gorgeous foyer, as well as a wonderful rooftop with absolutely stunning views of the city. One parking space is included. Thereâs also a well-equipped gym for those who like to work out.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as to one allocated car park within the building.
