Great location

I stayed for my IDC and IE conveniently located between Islamorada dive center and Florida keys dive center where I was doing the IDC training. Comfortable and less expensive than a hotel , did not use the resort facilities while I was there.

Awesome Place!!!

No complaints about this place. It was exactly as advertised, sleeps 8 comfortably very clean, and spacious. We rented a boat and used the dock for loading and unloading passengers, it could not have worked out any better!

Happy in Islamorada!

I can't say enough positive things about this unit. On arrival we found it to be clean and very well maintained. The pictures did not lie. We had stayed in another unit last year and I preferred this unit. Looking forward to next year.

Happy with our stay

We liked the Executive Bay Club and thought the Club amenities and location made it a good value for our month-long stay. Because the Club has Bay-side access, it would have been really great if use of kayaks had been available to us. Martha was very responsive and helpful. The queen beds were very comfortable, the king, less so. There was a screen for the front sliding door but not the back which meant less regular fresh air and more air conditioning. I would also recommend a good spring cleaning, especially of tile floors, carpeted stairs and some cupboards and drawers. We would definitely stay again!

Loved everything! Great unit, very well equipped & great ppl mostly regulars every winter.

I will definitely return & my son is planning a trip with my grandkids as well. Just please note that it has a spiral stair for the upstairs bedrooms & master bath. Physically impaired beware. But It was an awesome winter escape to paradise in the US!

New Year’s Fun in the Keys

Our stay at Martha’s condo was wonderful. It was roomy enough for our family of five, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the towels and linens were high quality. Loved having the washer and dryer, too. The complex was beautifully landscaped. Flowers and iguanas everywhere! And kayaking from the beach was fantastic! We saw loads of sharks, crabs, fish, and aquatic birds. Martha was very responsive to all questions we had and even left us a welcome run of cookies! My only small complaint would be the lack of reading lamps downstairs. There was only small dim lamp in the living area so I had to retreat to the master bedroom when I wanted to read in the evenings. All in all, it was a wonderful spot to ring in the New Year!

Perfect for our family of four and extended family

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. It was better than we expected and the inside was definitely lovlier than they described. The photo's don't do it justice. They keep an immaculate property and it's in a great location. If you have a family, it has plenty of sleeping space. The loft is perfect for 2 to sleep in and they provide two pack and plays if you have small ones as well as a few games and toys. We have a newborn and two year old, so the pack n plays worked out perfectly for us. (so glad we didn't have to pack those!!) The guest room was perfect so the other three family members weren't woken up in the middle of the night by the baby. We had five adults and two small children and could have fit three more adults comfortably if needed. They have an abundance of towels, sheets, etc and if you forgot something at home, there is a good chance they have it in a closet or drawer! The community has a pool and a small beach/dock and it's right next door to a community park (where there is a playground steps from the man made beach). I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.. so we ate breakfast at home and went out for all other meals. There is a pizza place up the road (north) that is fast, delicious and cheap! We were 4 or so miles away from our favorite spots south of us (Lorelai, OV, PCI, Robbies, etc) and a block from the giant spiny Florida lobster (great photo op). We also tried the Shrimp Shack for lunch on Saturday which had great crab cakes and overall good food. Lorelai is always a great option for dining and sunset. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back again!
