MAIN BUILDING:

Main Level:
The main level features an open-plan design with living room, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a game room, sunroom, laundry, wifi throughout the cabin, access to the spacious decks with seating and hot tub, and the yard with fire pit by the creek.

The living room features comfortable furniture, a wood-burning fireplace, large HDTV, views over the golf course through the windows, and access to the deck and yard. The gourmet kitchen is a blend of elegance and functionality with wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances and seating for 4 at the counter. The dining table has seating for up to 8 and there is more dining seating in the adjacent sunroom.

There are 3 bedrooms: The master suite offers a king bed, HDTV, private deck access, an ensuite full bath with a custom tile shower, and an adjoining laundry closet. The 2 other bedrooms each offers a queen bed, HDTV and share a full bathroom equipped with a jetted tub.

The spacious sunroom, with its panoramic windows, comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa for added accommodations, dining table, HDTV and arcade game, leads to an impressive 3/4-wrap deck, offering over 800 sq ft of scenic vistas.
The deck offers comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill for a cook-out while enjoying the views of the mountains, golf course and rambling creeks below. Step out into the yard, gather around the fire pit by the creek, enjoy over 700 feet of Webb Creek frontage or explore the paths to the gazebo, the hot tub and swing.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a large game room with bumper pool table, shuffle board, arcade games and a games table (for chess or checkers).

GUEST COTTAGE:
The guest cottage offers a king bed, twin-over-twin bunk, large HDTV, a full bath with shower and access to it's own private, covered deck.
