The interior of the cabin is impeccably clean, comfortable and inviting with
an open concept. Central AC will keep you cool after enjoying the summer
sun! The kitchen is fully furnished including dishwasher and microwave.
Spectrum high speed internet and a 40” Smart TV allow you to enjoy your
streaming shows with your account information. The Lake House has a large-
capacity clothes washer and a dryer for your convenience. There are two
bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam
mattress. Along with central AC, ceiling and box fans are provided. The large
bathroom has a low-step lighted shower and vanity with lighted mirror.
There are plenty of outlets for recharging electronics.

Large windows throughout the living room bring in natural light and fabulous
views. Enjoy indoor family fun with games, puzzles, and books. Wall décor of
family and community history provides a cozy atmosphere.

Uncle Bill’s exterior areas are even more spectacular! You can enjoy dining on
the home’s large L-shaped deck after cooking on the gas grill. From here
relax and enjoy the lake view and the deer meandering through the property
or the eagles soaring overhead. Take in a starry night at the picnic area or
around the fire pit where firewood is provided by the owner. There is a
handy water spicket and electrical outlet outside the Lake House as well as
lakeside.

The property features a 30’ dock with a 28' floating patio where you can
relax or try your luck fishing. A 14’ aluminum row boat, canoe and kayaks
along with life jackets are provided by the owner. Swimming in the
refreshing waters is encouraged!

If you prefer winter months, try ice fishing in front of Uncle Bill’s or
snowmobile right off the property onto the Little St Germain Lake trail or
to Birchwood Drive and the many miles of groomed trails to explore. St
Germain has excellent cross country ski trails and winter biking too.

Little Saint Germain is one of the most popular fishing and recreational lakes
in the Northwoods with over 950 acres and 32 miles of shoreline to explore.
Reel in a Bass, Pike or Walleye, or simply paddle through the pine sheltered
bays of the lake to witness the soaring of eagles and glimpses of deer
around the lake front.
