Enjoy the scenic view of Little St. Germain Lake in beautiful St. Germain, WI. The perfect destination for a lakeside adventure in winter or summer. Winter is perfect for snowmobiling, snowshoeing or cross country skiing. Snowmobile trails run adjacent to the property. The boat landing on the property allows for easy access to the lake for fishing or snowmobiling. Convenient trailer parking is available. For summer vacationers, your assigned pier is just beyond the patio entrance. A boat landing, kayak launch, bonfire pit and walking trails are all part of this charming property. Visit nearby trails for snowshoeing, hiking, biking or walking. Enjoy all the beauty the Northwoods has to offer, and only a short drive to supper clubs, quaint shopping and many activities.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome with numerous updates, features an open concept living room and kitchen facing the lake. The gas fireplace with beautiful floor to ceiling stone, and a coffee/tea bar are the perfect treats after a day of winter sporting. New appliances make cooking easy and a washer/dryer adds to your overall convenience. The owner suite has a king bed. The cozy guest room includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed. A new queen sofa sleeper with a powered blow up mattress is another comfortable sleeping option.

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy 'sigh, blue sky and bye-bye' after the busy holidays! So peaceful, beautiful, comfortable, joyful; just delightful!! It has everything you need to relax in the winter, gas fireplace, cozy living room, fully-stocked kitchen, restful beds, spacious bathrooms and fantastic view! Snowshoeing at Awassa, Fern Ridge and Shannon Lake was outstanding & oh so pleasant. Then back to our retreat to put together jigsaw puzzles in our flannels while listening to jazz & sipping on a glass of wine. Utopia! We ate our meals in with food brought from home, but did go out once to Whitetail Inn, which was also very cozy & rewarding. And Nic was always on-the-spot with answers to any questions we had. I don't think we could have asked for anything more! If you're looking for a tranquil place for a winter getaway, this is the place! We're coming back next January too!!

It was a perfect place to stay! The view of the lake was wonderful and calming. The fireplace was awesome. Everything we needed was provided and the place was immaculate. The hosts were great communicators and were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The unit is simply and elegantly decorated. The kitchen is appropriately stocked with everything that you would need to actually cook.Beds are super comfortable and you cannot beat the ViewOur hosts were extremely attentive, in the regards to responding to any of our messages within a very reasonable time.Location is perfect, not too far from time and other attractionsBesides the lake, and awesome fishing, one of our favorite things we did was to go to the dirt oval racetrack in the neighboring town. They race on Tuesdays and Saturday mights definitely one of the highlights of our stay give it a try.

Very nice, great location and view of Little St. Germain Lake. The townhouse was clean upon arrival. Kitchen facilities were good; not a fan of the fry pans. Our second time renting this unit. Would definitely stay here again and again!

Beautiful Respite

What a fantastic place to stay after all the hustle & bustle of the holidays! It was our Christmas present to one another. The beautiful condo was immaculate, complete with everything we needed, cozy, comfortable and on-the-spot hosts! Thank you Nic! We tried to play in the snow, but there wasn't much, so we hiked instead. Feeding the chickadees sunflower seeds out of our hands at Anvil Lake is always a treat as well as hiking on the Tara Lila Trails with its meticulous signage (thank you!), both near Eagle River. The Awassa Trail system by St. Germain was new to us this year and very nice. Blink Bonnie's had the best steaks ever! But enjoying our relaxing mornings w/coffee in front of the peaceful fireplace and savoring the gorgeous view was the best nugget of delight throughout our whole stay. We're coming back next year.
